Magical, grade II listed 18th century traditional Lakeland cottage set within 5 acres of woodlands, leading directly to 2 private beaches on Lake Windermere. Relax in a peaceful, natural environment, ideal for friends, families, wild swimmers, cyclists, paddle boarders, hikers and for cosy evenings by the fireplace. Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

Little yurt

A beautiful little yurt, sleeps 2, either a double or twin. Set next to a bubbling stream on a working lakeland sheep farm. On the findge of the Wasdale valley on the western side of the lake district. Ideal for a cozy romantic get away or base for exploring the amazing area. The yurt DOESN'T have any electricity in but it does have a lovely little wood burning stove and you have access to a mini kitchen in the utility room a short distance away . Toddell Barn is located in the hamlet of Brandlingill (2 miles south of Cockermouth) and is within the northern boundary of The Lake District National Park, categorised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017.
