Birdsong lodge is a wonderfully secluded romantic retreat, for couples or couples with young children. Accessed only on foot, you'll need to walk the 130m track, part of which is a steep 1:4. We will help you with your luggage if required. The lodge has small double bedroom and double sofa bed. The views will take your breath away, looking across the wooded valley, with just a glimpse of the sea. For summers evenings the stone seat with firepit/bbq is a perfect set to watch the sun go down.

The Hide is a tranquil getaway, tucked into the corner of Lemons Farm, our 15th Century thatched farmhouse. Originally a piggery, the cob and stone building has been converted into a little cottage with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine sleeping area. Fall asleep under the stars and wake to the sound of birdsong. Lemons Farm is located in Atherington, a lovely village with a church, tennis court and park. Some great pubs are nearby as are the gorgeous North Devon beaches.

‘The Hideout’ nestled amongst the beech trees, 10 minutes walk from the road, is a spacious, beautiful, warm, open-plan living space. It has a double bed tucked into its own nook, a log burning stove, sofas, camping style cooking facilities and a covered verandah. It is entirely hidden and secluded and your only neighbours will be the wildlife. There is a compost loo and a stream for bracing washes.
