Modern villetta in Istria, across Brijuni near Pula. Surrounded by Mediterranean garden, ideal for a couple, but it can accommodate up to four people. Located 200m from the beach, the house offers wellness, rest and reconnecting with nature. In the house one can find everything needed for a relaxed vacation, and in the garden there are unique Biodesign pool, whirlpool, dining area and the grill. And a lot of greenery (we are nature and bee friendly). Property is fully fenced and pet friendly.

Relax in a pleasant holiday house "Olive garden" only 50m from the sea! This is an alone standing house in 400 m2 lot and you would be there alone, no other tourists and no owners. It is located on the cape of a small, peaceful bay, Donja Krušica, surrounded by olive trees and sea. This small cozy house is with accompanying facilities such as a terrace, garden, parking area, secured play area for children and pets, barbecue, and all that with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Split.

It's ideal for relaxing and enjoying in natural and peaceful environment. In the outer part,guests can enjoy the pool area with outdoor shower and sunbathe on deckchairs. House consists of one bedroom,living room, kitchen with dining table and bathroom and can host up to four people. The house is 15-min walk from the center and the main beach.

Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom. Ispred kuće je terasa sa stolom i roštiljom na kojoj se može provoditi ugodne trenutke okružen prirodom.

The house Casa di Campagna is located in a quiet private property surrounded by mediterranean landscape with its herbs and scents. There are no other buildings or roads nearby so you can only hear the birds singing and find the peace lost in everyday life. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and an additional bed, a room with a sofa bed, bathroom, spacious kitchen and dining area connected with terrace and covered grill/barbecue, private parking.

You can boast with your BBQ skills on the outside terrace; or show the world how good you are playing FIFA on PS5 inside the house. Take a break from your day-to-day life by spending some time in this self sustainable A-frame cottage in the hills of beautiful nature park Žumberak. Waking up with the birds singing, smelling the fragrance of the flowers in blossom, eating seasonal foraged goodies directly from the surrounding hills, drinking natural spring water and enjoying the evenings around the fire observing the stars, those are some of the activities you can experience here.

Seaside apartment with a lovely view

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
