A short walk to the Rodneys Nursery Cafe, Beltana Farm, Tulips Cafe or Vibe Hotel all offering delicious local produce and five star cuisine. A taste of the country in the city. Beautifully furnished throughout including gas fireplace, Smart TV, wifi and fully appointed kitchen including Miele oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and full sized fridge. Guests will be welcomed with cheese, biscuits, wine – red, white and sparkling, bread, milk, sweet biscuits, cereal, freshly laid eggs from our free range chickens – Maggie, Beer & Oprah and any tea your heart desires. The two way bathroom includes indulgences of MOR shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and soap. For those who may’ve forgotten some essentials there is mouth wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, travel kit (with sewing necessities) and even a shaving kit.

The place is geographically central to all of the Canberra's attractions and most of the Governemt offices, just 10 minutes to the city, Belconnen, Barton, Kingston and Woden. Public transport available from top of the road. Street parking available.

It has a large kitchen with centre island bench, and a lounge/dining area opening onto a sunny courtyard. It’s perfect for short or long stays.

Directly adjacent to the showground our very private, spacious, uncluttered, clean flat has 2 private courtyards in which to follow sun /shade and cook a BBQ.
