Pula: Mirni apartman sa dva balkona, blizu mora

As an elderly couple, we have 17 years of experience hosting this apartment. The apartment is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and 20 minutes from the city center. The neighborhood contains 4 grocery shops and 3 restaurants. Since we are both in retirement, we can provide service almost 24/7. The apartment has 2 balconies to enjoy summer evenings, and an extra bed in case of young children. Breakfast and clothes washing/drying are possible.

Apartment "Petra" - breakfast included

The apartament has a separate entrance and extends over 110 square meters. It consist of 9 rooms: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, livingroom, kitchen, veranda, disposal room and 2 balconies.View extend to sea, islands, fort and whole town. Within the apartament is a fenced yard with a parking place in front of the house. Nearby is a supermarket and gas station (50m). The beach is 100 m away and town center 200m. Within the apartament are a fireplace and barbecue and a garden all available to guests.

Quiet and relaxing summer vacation

If you are looking for a cosy apartment with two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and nice terase this is the place for you. Apartment is 10 minutes nearby the sea and the City of Rab. You can take a bike or walk to the beaches. Perhaps, our apartment is not the most luxurious one, or the largest one, but it has some special charm and soul. It has something that makes people come year after year. It has beautiful nature, sea-view, it is pet friendly and close to the beach and the city.

Apartman se nalazi u prizemlju jednokatne kuće, ima 50 mq , jednu spavaću sobu, zasebni dnevni boravak gdje se nalazi kutna garnitura na razvlačenje za 2 osobe. gleda prema jugu. Ima natkrivenu terasu i veliku okućnicu od 2000 qm , na kojoj se nalazi parkiralište ,voćnjak i maslinik.Posebno je pogodan za obitelji koja imaju malu djecu ili kućne ljubimce. 20 m od kuće nalazi se malena trgovina sa svježim pekarskim proizvodima.

Kuća s terasom i vrtom

Apartman Mia nalazi se u malom mjestu Stivan na otoku Cresu. U nepsrednoj blizi se nalazi trgovina i crkva, dok je restoran udaljen 5 minuta hoda, a plaža 15ak min. Apartman ima dvije terase, prednju veliku koja gleda na centar sela (te na planinu Osoršćicu i u daljini more), te stražnju malu terasu s pogledom na vrt. Ispod kuće se nalazi vrt s maslinama i parkirnim mjestima.
