Villa WOW: 1 million dollar ocean view + sunset

A spectacular WoW villa, in the mountains, overlooking Playa Coson. ***This is NOT a party villa. We have neighbors here. In the daytime low-level music and after 10 pm NO Music. A very spacious and comfortable, private villa, with all comfort. And a huge pool, a swim-up bar, and an infinity pool. The villa is 8 minutes distance from center of town, where you will have shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars. In the mountains. 4x4 car is advised. Electricity villa NOT included.

Modern 7 bedrooms villa on private beach access

Villa Loft is a brand new modern and design house It's a 7 bedrooms / 7 bathrooms villa with 2 pool, over 8 000 Sq/ft built on 4 levels High speed internet everywhere, huge smart TV (most are 65") with thousands of movies in each bedroom. It's an architect villa using nature materials as wood/stones/rusted steel/brut concrete with a mix of open space, large double insulated windows, coral stone... private access to the beach, Tennis club access are some parts of advantage of this house!

Ensemble de villas neuve de tout confort idéalement situé pour les personnes non motorisés, les familles, les groupes sont les bienvenues , la résidence est située au centre du village mais au calme et à moins de 5 minutes à pied des magnifiques plages Venez vous prélasser au bord de la piscine ( 20mx12m) entouré d'un magnifique jardin tropical.
