Located in the beautiful Cotswold village of Marshfield, this 16th century cottage boasts stunning beams and a wood burning stove. Refurbished so you can enjoy modern conveniences alongside the historical features. The second bedroom has the flexibility to be twin beds or a superking bed. The village, which boasts pubs and shops, is well located for walking and cycling. Nearby are the cities of Bath (15mins) and Bristol (30mins) as well as Cotswold villages such as Castle Combe (10mins).

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Mill House at Midford Mill, Bath

The Mill House is being refurbished to a very high standard and offers spacious accommodation arranged over 3 floors covering a very generous 300m2. The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Lodge

Located in a beautiful rural hamlet on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment this district is designated an AONB. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.
