Beautiful Condo Across the Street from Beach!

Hear the ocean from the front door of this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath condo. With a master down, mini master up, and 2 additional guest rooms there is plenty of space for friends and family. Enjoy grilling on the covered back patio or hang out with the kids at the pool. Take advantage of being across the street from the beach and take the short walk down the sidewalk through the dunes and put your toes in the sand. Rent a golf cart and check out the island restaurants or other local attractions!

Luxury 3 br/3 bath condominium located close to the beach in Old Town Port Aransas. Easy access to the beach, yet close to in town restaurants, bars, fishing wharfs. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars now open and just blocks away. Pool, garage, off street parking, decks, 65" UHD TV in the living room, 42" TVs in each bedroom, gas grill. Lots of fluffy bath towels and linens, 600 count sheets for all beds. Note: Guests must be 24 years old to reserve townhome.

This newly built unit has a resort style heated pool with a splash area just out the front door along with a pirate ship playground. Minutes away from the beach, enjoy the amenities of a fully equipped home, with a large kitchen and full-sized master suite with attached bathroom. Master with a king size bed and en-suite downstairs, a gameroom with pop-up couch and en-suite upstairs, with 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Comfortably sleeps 8 to 10. You can easily walk, drive, or take a golf cart to the beach.
