Are you seeking heaven? You will find it at the very end of the picturesque beach of Otzias, 5km from the port of Kea. A unique bungalow, in an incredible location, right by the sea, only 33steps from your very own beach-rock! The access to the sea couldn't be any easier, you could actually fish from the porch. This private mini beach seems like a dream, as it is a luxury rarely found at budget prices, but it is all very real. The studio is completely private &autonomous offering gripping views.

red cottage in the harbour, Kea-Cyclades

Παραδοσιακό τζιώτικο "λιμανόσπιτο", χτισμένο στις αρχές του 20ου αιώνα στον παλιό οικισμό της Κορησσίας. Έχει ανακαινιστεί με σεβασμό και συντηρείται διαρκώς. Χαρακτηριστικό το μοναδικό κόκκινο χρώμα του. Πρόσβαση μόνο με τα πόδια! A traditional “harbour cottage", built in the early 1900s in the old uphill village of Korissia. The property has been renovated with respect to its history and we keep it well maintained. Its unique red color makes it stand out. Access only on foot!

Hidesign Athens Traditional Stone House in Kea

The house is located on the hill of the harbor of Kea and its access is only by stairs (approx. 60 steps). It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use. At the same time it provides all the comforts of a modern house and it is easy and relaxing to live in. The view and the quietness are the biggest advantages of it.

Το σπίτι είναι σε δύο επίπεδα το πρωτο περιλαμβανει σαλονι κουζινα και ενα wc.Το δεύτερο 2 υπνοδωμάτια με ενα μπάνιο.Το σπίτι εχει μεγάλη βεράντα με καταπληκτική θέα στο γραφικο λιμάνι του βουρκαριου. The house is on two levels the first one includes a kitchen and 1 wc.The second 2 bedrooms with one bathroom.The house has a large terrace with amazing view to vourkari.
