The houseboat has to seperate appartments in each end of the ship, with seperate entrances from each end of ship.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

Enjoy your stay in Copenhagen in our lovely one-bedroom apartment which is located in Østerbro very close to the metro, busses and train. In 10 minutes you can be in the city center. The apartment is perfect for a couple who wants to explore the city and live close to bars and restaurants. There is a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and nice balcony with sun until 12-1 pm. Also the beach "Svanemøllen Strand" is close by if you would like to go for a swim.

It doesn't get more central than this. Historical sites, castles, shopping, transportation, dining and parks at your door step. Yet no traffic noise. Large flat in historical building with lots of antique quaint features and upcycled carpenter work. If you are into sleek new scandinavian style - this place is not for you. But if you like to take a bite of history and mystery, this is a perfect vacation home.

Central small and cozy apartment in Copenhagen

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i Kbh med kun 3,7 km til Rådhuspladsen og kun 250 meter til metroen. Lejligheden har et køkken/alrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse og entré. Jeg anbefaler lejligheden til 2 personer, men I er velkomne til at bo 3, men så skal den sidste sove på madras i stuen, hvilket mine egne gæster også gør. Udenfor er der en lille terrasse med bord og stole.

Cozy Studio in Copenhagen close to the Lakes

The studio used to be a barber shop so it is ground floor, very close to the city centre (2 km) and very close to a very good bakery, train to airport, bus to Cruise Terminals nearby (Østerport Station) and there are lots of nice restaurants and cafes in the area. Furthermore, there are many green areas around and possibility to cycle along the canals and to the city centre.
