Parkgate Farm Holidays is a peaceful farmstead site with a few sheep and friendly donkeys at the foot of the Eskdale and Wasdale valleys in Cumbria's Western Lakeland. You've got easy access to the fells directly from the property, and there are also several good west-coast beaches within ten minutes' drive. There's a heritage steam railway line that runs near the farm, and there are several popular visitor attractions within easy reach such as Muncaster Castle, Beacon Museum and The Rum Story.

1 Santon Cottages is a beautiful house situated in the North West Lake District. It is very close to Scafell Pike- the highest peak in England, Wastwater lake- the deepest in England and the coast is a 10 minute drive. The house has breath taking views over the fells and is well equipped with all you will need including a log burner, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Free wifi included. Pets are very welcome and there is a private fully secure garden. Extra Charge of £30 per stay.

This traditional workers cottage in Eskdale green gives you a wonderfully cosy retreat and an ideal base for exploring. The cottage is a traditional '2 up 2 down' that has been modernised sympathetically for a cosy break away. Bedding and towels provided. Heat is provided by storage heaters and the front room has a log burning stove for a super cosy stay. There is a selection of books, maps, DVD's & children's toys. Set in the fabulous Woodland valley close to Coniston. Fell View Cottage is the perfect place to relax, & unwind . The cottage has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a comfortable living room & a fully equipped kitchen. We allow a maximum of 4 guests including children. Nestled below Buckbarrow and Middle Fell in the Wasdale Valley the apartment is in an ideal location for an active Walking / Climbing holiday or a relaxing break away from it all surrounded by stunning scenery.

Camping pod in western lakes

Our beautiful camping pod sleeps 2 adults comfortably but could sleep 3 adults or 2 plus 1 young child. Pet friendly. There is a double bed in the pod. Based on our working farm with panoramic views of local fells and Skiddaw. We have 3 camping pods all sited for guest privacy but could all be hired by friends.

Woodend Buttery

The Buttery is cosy and quirky self contained private accommodation adjoining the barn offering self catering accommodation for a couple in a double bed. There is an enclosed private "courtyard" garden but if you let your dogs roam in there please keep an eye on them. Also spectacular views of Scafell.
