What a great place to stay at and what an amazing host! The apartment was very clean and complete. Photos really show what you get. Location is great with easy great access to the Pike, Convention Center, and downtown Long Beach. No need to use your car! Acces instructions were clear and concise and app worked flawlessly. Zach is the most responsive and accommodating host. We loved our experience and recommend this place! Thanks Zach!!!

This place is beautiful, a few spacious areas around the home to hangout with everyone you stay with. Beds were extremely comfortable! Would definitely come back and stay again!

Great, walkable location. Cute place with lots of nice touches. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Could hear the people upstairs walking around a bit but it wasn’t too bad and stopped @ 10pm. Would stay here again for sure. Thanks!

Maxime's apartment was incredible, extremely clean and with wonderful amenities in the building. I do appreciated the last minute accommodations at such a late hour. Downtown LA is not the best area in general but Maxime's apartment is a little piece of heaven amongst the chaos of downtown area.

It is so wonderful that people will open up their unique homes and let others enjoy such special places. The Villa is one of them! A patio right on the boardwalk and sand with great views was my favorite feature. My wife enjoyed the beach themed decorations and elegance of the Villa. But we can both agree that the host Kim (and her husband) were kind and sincerely caring people that made us welcomed!

From day one it was like a home from home. Centrally located, well equipped, even though we didn’t use most of the amenities as the restaurant’s are close and great. The house provided an excellent base with everything you need. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area and would look to stay again should we be lucky enough visit Surf City again. We used to live in Long Beach and visit family often. We like Belmont Shore for its beach access and walkability to restaurants and shops. The bungalow was on one of the quietest streets in the shore, so parking was never an issue. The house was clean, comfortable, and charming. The large kitchen was perfect for making meals. We loved the backyard for evening BBQs and the front courtyard for morning coffee. The Dutch door is perfect for letting in the cool sea breeze. Casey was very responsive. We plan on coming back because we loved the spot!

In addition to the amenities listed, Holly also provided foil and plastic wrap, paper towels, and sanitizers. Her home can accommodate many cars (we had 4) and is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and freeways. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Great spot and good value for location. Street parking was a bit frustrating trying to find a spot but overall would stay here again

We all had an amazing stay at Damon’s place. The gardens were beautiful and the house had plenty of space for a large group. Also loved that the house had a driveway for parking as street parking was a bit hard to come by

Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful. The location was so convenient; we went to the bar next door for cocktails, walked to whole food… so much near by. The bed was super comfortable and it was a bonus using the hot tub and seeing the sunset lit skyline on the roof top. I was concerned it might be noisy but it was not at all. I did not hear anything in the bedroom where I need quiet for sleep. It was truly perfect! Malcom was an amazing host, very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had arrived earlier from our trip overseas. Wonderful stay!

place was clean, Selina was accomodating in switching parking spots to accommodate our vehicles, pet Friendly, and host was also very responsive.

This was the first visit to LA for my best friend and I. We took public transit to the location with no issues. The check in process seemed to be daunting from the description but it was nothing but seemless. The building is beautiful, the location is fantastic with plenty of shops and restaurants starting right next door. There is so much to do and so many places to visit. We went to a Kylie Minogue concert, took a trip to Santa Monica, a trip to West Hollywood and shopped in LA. We ate at several restaurants, including one on the same block all were fabulous. The unit is a soft loft style with exposed duct work, very spacious, tall ceilings and really clean. Being immune compromised from my cancer fight it was important to be in a clean unit and this one did not disappoint. The view is not great during the day but it comes alive at night with a view of the lit up Eastern Columbia Building. The hosts were very kind and responsive to questions. I would absolutely stay here again.

Location! Location! I loved how this place was five minutes away from the beach and great restaurants walking distance as well. Place was clean and felt like home.

Flo's place is fantastic. Spotlessly clean, minimalist interior design which I love, and just such a great location to get around anywhere without the pain of driving too far, which could be very real in cities like LA. The community is also very quiet and peaceful, with facilities to work from home, so it's really nice for business travels. Flo is also very responsive, considerate, and accommodating to her guests. She's always proactive to be a problem solver to ease my stress as an international business traveler. Love her energy I will definitely come back more. Thank you so much for the awesome place and experience!

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.
