Our stay at Carl’s place was fabulous!! We loved the area and the walkability was amazing. The Chase Center is down the street; it offers a beautifully designed green space right by the water. Carl was a delightful host and the unit was well appointed. We LOVED having Gus’s Community Market right next door. What a treasure!!! We will definitely return:)

Perfectly positioned near everything you could want in Walnut Creek...movie theater, brunch, brew house. Honestly the best location you could ask for. Most importantly, it was quiet.

Benicia can be expensive- this rental was worth the value for us. Easy to get around and check in - close to everything. Private and quiet. Good WiFi ! Flexible when I messed up my own reservations. Cheers, Angela & John

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in the Mission District. The area is spectacular, full of fantastic restaurants and vibrant life. The host was incredible—extremely attentive and always available with local recommendations. It truly felt like a five-star hotel experience. It's rare to find a place where the reality surpasses the already amazing photos, but this one definitely did.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean, modern garden apartment. The check in and check out instructions could not have been more clear and concise. The location is fantastic - nestled on a lovely street a mere 10 minute walk to the UC Berkeley campus and all the many restaurants and other amenities that Berkeley has to offer. The space was spotless and modern, yet homey. We are greatly looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you for a great weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at Gabe’s! The apartment itself is clean, extremely well stocked with everything we need, and comfortable. The location is also great - short walk to Trader Joe’s, city hall, and plenty restaurants and coffee shops. Gabe was very communicative and super helpful when we initially ran into an issue at check-in. Thank you Gabe!

We had a wonderful stay at this private Airbnb in Berkeley! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. One of the standout features was the beautiful view — it made our mornings and evenings extra relaxing. We also really appreciated the air purifier in the unit — it’s the same model we use at home, and it’s rare to see hosts include one, so that was a nice touch. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed (and more!), which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Sarah-Noel is a wonderful host: she's warm and responsive and cares deeply about her guests. The apartment where I stayed was not just wonderfully clean but had so many small touches that showed she is one of those hosts who cares about whether her guests feel comfortable. I also loved seeing the hives and the beautiful backyard, and the honey is *really* good, with a nice zing of orange blossom. I'll be staying here again. Thank you so much, Sarah-Noel!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The host was very responsive and had clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They had a good selection of books and games to keep one entertained. Kitchen is well-stocked with utensils and bedrooms and bathrooms had ample supplies of linen and toiletries. The waterfront overlooks Jack London Square and and is a safe place to go for walks. There are a variety of restaurants across the tunnel. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this area!

Kim’s place was absolutely perfect for our extended stay while our house was being remodeled. It is large, private, tastefully decorated - we felt at home immediately. Alameda has a great small town feel, and there are several restaurants and bars in walking distance (or short drive), plus easy access to Oakland and SF for more urban amenities. Kim is very responsive and a great host. We highly recommend Kim’s place, particularly if you are looking for an extended stay.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect for the four of us, it came equipped with everything we needed for a week’s visit, and it was a great place to relax at the end of each day. The location on a quiet street in Noe Valley let us take advantage of everything this part of the city has to offer. Massive thanks to Kruthika too, for being such a helpful and accommodating host 😀

I visit the Berkeley area often and chose Kate’s place because of the proximity to my destination. I enjoyed how private the Airbnb felt while still being so close to restaurants and shopping. In previous reviews others had mentioned the temperature of the home but I had no problems at all. As long as you follow the very simple instructions from Kate, the home is as warm (or cool) as you wish it to be. The soaking tub was so relaxing and sitting by the fireplace was the perfect way to end each day . I did not cook while I was there but can attest that Uber Eats and Door Dash found the home and door with ease. I would definitely stay here again.

Had an excellent stay with our family. Will is one of the best airbnb hosts we have ever had and would stay again at this home or any other home he hosts without hesitation. The cactus home is luxurious and has amazing amenities like heated bathroom floors, great outdoor space with pool and hot tub, and a well equipped kitchen.

Stayed here for a date night and it was a pretty amazing. The view is incredible. Definitely an experience, and my date loved it. The condo is very clean and the beds are comfortable and soft. Host is very responsive and was available to us throughout the stay. The only con was the parking. I mean, it’s San Francisco…I get it, but get clarity on the instructions and be careful if you need to double park temporarily, there were cops everywhere when we arrived. All and all it was a wonderful stay!

Max's place feels like an urban portal into a peaceful and exquisite retreat. Every environment has been thoughtfully curated. You will be surrounded by tasteful and elegant furnishings. The neighborhood where this property is located feels serene and yet close to most everything around Berkeley. Max and Tony are wonderful and attentive hosts.

Great safe neighborhood location with lots of character. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops and to Pier 33 to board the boat to Alcatraz Island (highly recommend that excursion). Enjoyed our stay at Ted's place and he is a wonderful host.
