The Blue Bayview

Enjoy our waterfront cottage. See the local wildlife from the lake side wall of windows. Feel free to roll up your sleeves and carry the kayaks (located in the garage) down to the dock for a day on the water. Bring your fishing gear and toss in a line from the private dock to try to catch any of the local species. Sip beverages on the lakeside porch while the sun goes down. Have an outdoor meal on the garage side covered patio. Inside or out, enjoy the lake side tranquility of our cottage.

Little Yellow House

Enjoy a relaxing stay at the Little Yellow House in this small Ohio train town. Access the entire home during your stay (minus the basement). Amenities include Roku TV - sign into your own apps, WiFi, kitchen equipped with cooking essentials, spices, Keurig, electric tea pot, toaster, stove, microwave, water cooler, refrigerator. Boasting 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, dining seating for 12, multiple seating areas both inside and outside, and a full kitchen and laundry. Relax with the whole family, or multiple families, at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful lake views from various areas of the home, including 2 large wrap around decks. The Getaway at Guilford Lake is the perfect place to relax and is only a little over an hour from Pittsburgh. This over-sized lake house offers 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Located in Guilford Lake State Park, the house overlooks Guilford Lake and lake access is directly across the street. Whether you are looking for a family vacation, a trip with the guys/gals or a romantic getaway with your significant other this is the place. Full kitchen with everything you will need. Large soaker tub to relax and unwind in, Stocked pond for fishing. Located in the hills outside of Wellsville above the Ohio River. The Cozy Clipper “The Dixon”

Nestled along the quaint house lined Main Street of Columbiana sits this charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom Colonial inspired unit. Built in 1836, it is the oldest house in the city, and originally served as the office and home of Dr. George Metzger. The lot is one of the original plots of land laid out by Columbiana founder Joshua Dixon.
