My friends and I had a great mini college reunion here, and we were thankful to find a chic and spacious, private space. Parking was easy, the rooms were comfortable, and we had plenty of room to bring our own groceries. It is a basement guest suite, so we could hear everything that was happening above us -- a little less than ideal when we were trying to take midday naps -- but the amenities of the space (like personal fireplaces in each bedroom and a teakettle and Keurig for morning beverages) more than made up for the upstairs noise. The unique aesthetic details were also beautiful, making it a welcome space to return to after brunch or a walk around the neighborhood. Highly recommend to couples, a small traveling family, or a few friends who are close but also like a little private space.

Great place to stay and walkable to everything in Boulder! Leila was an excellent host and I would definitely stay there again!

Loved the riverfront location, walk to restaurants, super comfortable with everything needed to feel right at home. Thinking back on all of the places I’ve stayed for ski trips, I wish I had chosen Minturn years ago. A total gem that I’ll return to if you aren’t booked. Our stay here was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for. Immaculate home, very comfortable. We felt like we were at home. Great coffee across the street. We could drive to anywhere in Denver we needed to be inside of 20 min. Will 100% stay here when we are back in Denver. Thank you Seth!

Great condo for our ski trip. We loved the hot tub and warmed pool. Great stay for kids. They had lots of toys, books, kid utensils, and a pack and play that all made our stay much easier with a little one.

This was the perfect Airbnb for our trip. It was about 10-15 minutes from most the locations we were going but we liked the quaint and quiet neighborhood this was in vs downtown. The space was perfect and cozy. We loved having the ability to cook some and there were little snacks and teas for us available. The tub was an added bonus! We really loved our stay here and would 100% come back if I needed another place to stay. Great for longer stays too.

Nathan and Kate were responsive to everything. I would highly recommend staying here. Close to Breckenridge and Frisco.
