This place is awesome. The home and property are beautiful. My son especially loved looking at the animals and playing on the playground. I would definitely recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I totally would. This was our second time staying at the cabin and, just like the first time, we had an absolute blast. My 8yo daughter was so excited that she got to hang out with the donkeys and the longhorns, get on the zip line and hangout on the comfy swing. If you love the outdoors, are okay with not having electricity or running water, then book the cabin! Don’t think twice!

Doug's place was perfect for our sister trip. It was very clean and cozy and the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. It was about 10 minutes from Wimberley and all the great shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this tiny house; it was exactly as described and had many thoughtful extras.

Just a wonderful atmosphere! Peaceful and quiet (took advantage of birdwatching at one of the gazebos). Petted the charming goats and sheep. Walked across the dam to Big Rocks park. Ate supper at Grumps (yum!). Came back to our cabin and was greeted by a deer right at our parking space! Breakfast at Grounded Coffee (so glad we did!). Our original intention was to come for the dino tracks, which was foiled because of wet conditions, but it was worth the trip and we so enjoyed our stay at Country Woods Inn!

I stayed at John & Suzanne’s place for a couple of months with pets & had an amazing & comfortable time! It’s super peaceful with beautiful sunsets, starry skies & orchards that are great for walking - I walked them almost every day to get my steps in! The birds singing in the mornings made it feel simply magical. I have the Merlin Bird ID app & would regularly clock in 10-12 different bird species almost every morning! No issues with WiFi, neighbors, parking, or mail delivery. Pedernales Falls State Park is nearby, make sure to check it out & schedule a reservation ahead of time unless going after hours. Dripping Springs is the closest town for groceries (H‑E‑B) about 20min drive. Easy access to get to Austin, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, etc. John & Suzanne were friendly & great hosts - I’d definitely stay again :)

We where not expecting to spend the day with host trinity and Darby she asked if we would like a tour of course I jumped on that, this place is magical, the attention to detail on the entire property is like no other. My partner and I enjoyed every second of our stay Darby and trinity were great company. I am so excited to come back and most important I made a friend (Trinity) and so thankful and blessed to have come across this beautiful property

Loved the place and all the trees on the property. Was plenty to get us through the weekend. WiFi was a little slow for work at times, but in its location it was kinda expected. Would def stay again!

Loved staying at Toni’s place. Super calm outside. Beautiful little cozy home. Only down fall is the smell of dog inside is very strong so if you don’t mind that then it’s perfect. We were bringing our dog but ended up deciding not to so that’s the reason we rented it to begin with. But comfy bed and couch. Nice big tv to watch movies. ACs cooled great. Overall awesome place.

This was our first stay at Twisted Horn Ridge, and I loved it. It is so peaceful, relaxing, and cozy—a perfect romantic getaway. The place is very clean, and the host always stayed in contact with us in case we needed anything. I will definitely be back again!

We had a fantastic stay at Joel's tiny home this weekend! Everything was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well thought out. Joel was incredibly responsive and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. The location felt private and peaceful, making it the perfect little getaway. His recommendations for things to do in the area were also spot on and really added to our trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

We had a great stay at Allison’s casita! She checked in regularly, gave clear instructions, and left the Airbnb very clean. It’s a perfect distance from downtown Austin! Everything was very well thought out. There are neighborhood dogs that bark a little—this doesn’t bother us as dog owners, but if it does, the host left earplugs and a nice sound machine by the bed. The Roku in there is set on Guest mode, which made watching TV during our down time really convenient. There’s also an Austin guidebook with great suggestions. Also, the kitchen area was well stocked, the bathroom had high quality soaps, a very nice shower, the bed was super comfy—and waking up to the skylight was really nice! If you’re unused to staying in a big city, the surrounding area can feel uncomfortable on approach, but our experience there was very safe, pleasant and peaceful!

This was my 3rd stay here and would always recommend their place. Always super clean, comfortable and the farm dog Lily greets me. Lovely place and will stay again when I am in the area.

Beautiful cabin surrounded by many deers and cute little kitties that love coming up to you! The hosts were super sweet and always responsive with whatever we needed. An amazing stay, would definitely book again !

Such a beautiful, peaceful place. I went to recharge and be in nature and I was able to do just that. The place itself is beautiful…situated among the trees, with so much natural light entering the room. The bed was very comfy and we had all we needed. On top of that, our host made our experience that much better. They were responsive prior to our arrival, once we were there they were responsive and let us enjoy the beauty of the property. We were allowed to spend time with the goats, walk the property with the goats and the sweet goat herding dog, Shadow. Ultimately it was a beautiful experience, hosted by a beautiful family, in a beautiful place. I will definitely be going back when I need another recharge.

I absolutely loved my time at this tiny home while visiting friends in SA. I love the Helotes/across Mountain area. It’s secluded, quiet and no traffic what so ever. I also love that it’s dog friendly as my dog travels with me everywhere. Jody introduced her self on the 1st day and told me also about Wilbur who might come and visit. Sure enough he did the next day. Can’t say enough great things about this place and the hosts hospitality. I will definitely book this again when I come back to San Antonio

Pictures don’t do this place justice – it’s absolutely stunning! The property had everything we needed, from charcoal for the grill to essential kitchen items and even a washer/dryer. I especially appreciated the abundance of towels. The pool was definitely our favorite feature, offering breathtaking views, and the fire pit was a nice touch where we made s’mores. Dedra was incredibly friendly and responsive. We had some rain during our stay, and she kindly allowed us to check in early so we could protect our belongings from getting wet – that was much appreciated! Overall, we had an amazing stay, and we’re already wishing we could’ve stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back!

If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind in the midst of the hills and mesquites, this is a great option. If you are searching for a view of the hills this is not the one for you, as it more tucked in the trees. It is conveniently located close to Wimberley and many wineries. We found the tiny home to be quite spacious considering my husband is 6’8”. The wood throughout is beautiful and there is not a nail in sight, so pretty. We do have to boast about the loft bed, as we found it to be very comfortable for us aging adults. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and glad to have found the Buck Moon to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday.

It was very cozy and relaxing. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing in the yard. The little provided grill was perfect for for 2. The view from the big windows was really nice too while just laying in bed watching TV. It's also nice that the light is at a minimum so you can really see the stars.

I highly recommend this air bnb. This is such an amazing getaway spot! My husband and I enjoyed our time. The property was private and cozy it was perfect for 2 people. Even though there is neighbors on both sides of this property it feels very private. The hot tub was such a plus. It was clean and worked great, we loved it! This was very private as well. There is a mini fridge that worked good & kept our milk cold all weekend. Another few things we loved were that there was a lot of towels, the pillows were very comfortable and the board games that they provided were fun. (uno & scrabble) is what we played but there was a couple more games as well! We will definitely be back and will be recommending to family!

cute tiny home. loved the rustic design. everything was built with reclaimed items. the front yard was a perfect place for the pups to sniff and go potty in between hikes. they have a wonderful shared backyard area that includes a trail, showers, chickens, etc. overall very friendly and welcoming, a perfect retreat from the busy city life!
