Amenities such as air conditioning, an elevator, and balcony will make your beach stay easy & pleasant. Relax by the fire pit, in the Hilton's hot tubs, heated pool, or play ping pong. The villa is located in South Forest Beach 0.5 miles from popular Coligny Circle on Hilton Head. Enjoy the amenities of Ocean Oak Hilton without their prices and fees. Jim's Stunning Direct Ocean Front 2BR Villa

This 2nd floor villa has breathtaking, unobstructed ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Walk to Coligny! Two bedroom suites (new mattresses and ceiling fans), with separate baths. Beautiful maple hardwood & tile floors throughout. Fully appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops, maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. New Washer/Dryer. Jim Says "I personally stay in each of my units to ensure they are maintained to my highest level of expectations."

Renovated Condo! KS bed Ind/outdoor pools

Stay just minutes from the beach and Coligny Plaza in this cozy, first-floor condo. Enjoy a renovated bathroom, a full kitchen with washer and dryer, and a Keurig for your morning coffee. The community has both an indoor and outdoor pools - updated in 2025. Our unit is the perfect home base to explore everything Hilton Head Island has to offer. This is the A unit of a lockout condo; the B unit may be occupied during your stay, but both are private and separately accessed.
