A bright and airy two bedroom annexe on the side of our family home, set down a private drive in the little village of Downhead. Wonderful views of fields to enjoy at the front and side of the home and quiet woodland behind. Wildlife and farm animals are easily spotted. The popular East Mendip Way footpath passes the bottom of the garden, offering fabulous walks. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities.

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

The property is situated near the Norton Radstock Greenway which provides a traffic free route between Midsomer Norton and Radstock.

Get cosy and snug in The Wrens Nest, a lovingly converted one-bed, barn-style house with private parking that is just a 20 minute drive from the gorgeous city of Bath. Day trips are easy to Stonehenge, Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. The house has a vintage-style throughout, including a hand-built kitchen. Upstairs is light and airy with elevated ceilings and original beams. A small outdoor seating area has been recently added.
