This lake house is right on the water and has panoramic views of the lake from almost every room with beautiful views from the kitchen. You will have the best view of the sunset right on the water. We have blazing fast fiber optic WIFI. This lake house is a amazing getaway right on the water, Just 40 minutes from Spokane. Located only minutes from 49 North Ski Hill and 35 from Mt Spokane and 50 minutes to Schweitzer. YOU HAVE TO COME SEE THE SUNSETS! NO PARTIES ALLOWED PLEASE RESPECT NEIGHBORS.

This 450sq ft. cabin is cute and cozy, It sits quietly on a natural dirt road, overlooking the mountains, trees and lake. Great for family vacations and affordable. Just bring the groceries! Your well-behaved pet is also welcome. The lake is accessed via a short 125-foot walk down to lake access road with shared dock. The dock area is shared with six other households. Located 15 minutes from Silverwood theme park, 20 minutes to Couer d' Alene/Hayden, 35 minutes to Spokane Valley.

Mermaid Ranch sits on 23 gorgeous acres of forested country land overlooking Long Lake and the Spokane river. Mermaid Ranch guests can enjoy our sweeping river views and in-ground unheated private pool (Seasonally Opened May - Mid October dependent on weather), Hot tub now open year round. Our log cabin style home is 20 minutes from Spokane International airport and downtown Spokane.
