Churchill Condo # 2 in Brownes Addition

This is a cute 2 bedroom basement unit with plenty of natural light. The private entrance is on the side of the building and you have to go down a small flight of stairs. It has off street parking , a small kitchenette, no laundry facilities. Great for quick visits where you will be out and about and eating on the town. Dogs ok with additional fee. Great walk able neighborhood 5 min from downtown and 10 min to the airport.

Browne’s Addition Condo, now pet friendly

This little gem of a condo is across from a very large park Called Coeur D'Alene Park directly across from the condo is a tennis court open to public, huge grassy area, walk or run around the park. Easy access to I-90 and very close to downtown Spokane. Stay here for the Lilac parade, Hoop-fest, Bloomsday run, events at the convention center, for your visit to surrounding colleges or just to simply visit Spokane.

Super cute 1 bedroom apartment in the Historic Brownes Addition area with bamboo floors in the living room, bedroom and kitchen. Marble entryway. The bathroom has marble floors and a really neat shower that my dad made. :) Walking distance to parks, dining and entertainment. This area is good for walking and bike riding.
