My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location was peaceful and serene (exactly what we were hoping for). The home was beautifully decorated and landscaped. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master suite had gorgeous views of the red rock, the bed was super comfortable and the master bath was expansive and luxurious. The hosts were extremely responsive and were ready to help with anything we needed. The home is located about 15 minute drive from Sedona’s busy uptown core - we enjoyed being close to all amenities without being in the middle of the hustle. We would definitely come back to this location again and again. Thank you John and Rainey for a wonderful stay!

Amazing location with beautiful views and close to cathedral rock trailhead and chapel of the holy cross. The team was very communicative and responsive and helped with any questions we had. Highly recommend staying at this place.

Great property and stay and all the amenities. Only minor feedback I have (and I am picky about bathrooms for some reason) is that the upstairs shower needs to be updated with modern tile and glass walls/blocks; or at least some additional lighting needs to be added into the shower. It is tucked into a dark corner feels very institutional (like a 70’s high school locker room shower). But over all, a stellar property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Six women fit comfortably. The outdoor hot tub was great to soak in after a day of hiking. The outside space was very private and beautiful. It was frequently visited by humming birds. All of us gals agreed we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at Mitchell’s Airbnb! The house was clean and in a beautiful location. The view was incredible!! The host was very responsive when we needed to reach out, we would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Our stay was amazing! This house was incredible, we love the views, and my kids loved the heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi! Perfect central location to visit Sedona just 25 minutes from the house , private enough to enjoy our spring break vacations.

We enjoyed our stay at Shannon’s. He was quick to respond and communicate from the start of looking at his place until check out. Great spot for a family to stay at or friends trip. Amenities were great for kids and family to enjoy although the weather didn’t cooperate we still had a great time!

Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Stephen's Lake Powell adventure house was spectacular. It was probably the cleanest AirBNB we've ever stayed in (you could see vacuum lines on carpets and evidence of deep cleaning upon arrival), and was well furnished and comfortable with lots of nice little touches (plants, workout equipment etc). The HVAC system was in great working condition and all appliances furnishings were new or recent. It was evident that much care had been given to the home and this not just a "rent it and forget it." All of the rooms were comfortable for sleeping and it had everything we needed. There was a binder full of local and regional activities and recommendations. It's just a few minutes to Horseshoe Bend and the Glen Canyon Dam or scenic overlook, and town is similarly conveniently close. We were also close enough to get into some of Southern Utah's hikes at an early enough hour to get good parking. I would highly recommend this location and would absolutely stay here if in the area again.

Awesome location... just a short walk from the stunning best Canyon rim views. The house was spacious and comfortable... home away from home. Perfect for family or friends with 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again!

It was a pleasure to spend the weekend at Spencer’s house, it had everything we needed, and catered for all our needs. We will definitely visit again!

The views out the front windows were incredible. The location was great. It is an easy walk to town. We saw 15 javelinas in the backyard one night. It has a hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped. Jim and Kathy made up a folder with laminated pages with lots of ideas on things to do and how everything works in the house. It is a high end rental with a high cost but well worth what you get for the money. Being able to walk to town and having spectacular views of fed rock formations out every window was very special.

The location was perfect in Sedona! It’s right off the Main Street in Sedona. We were able to use the Sedona Shuttle system everyday we were there. Picked up and dropped off at the house. Both hosts were very responsive and accommodating! Will stay here again. The listing does say 3 bedrooms which there are but it may be kinda awkward if you are traveling with another couple and that means that you would have to walk through one bedroom to get to the master bedroom. And if everyone are good friends, then it’s not that big of a deal…

Trevor’s place is perfect he’s a very helpful host he made adjustments to my stay quickly. The house had plenty of parking for our work trucks. Safe area lots to do and great places to eat. You will enjoy Trevor’s place.

We were in town for a quick trip and instead of feeling like a place to crash, Danielle’s cabin felt like a home away from home. Danielle was incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. 10/10 place to stay, and very pet friendly.

Great stay

Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

The home was clean, cozy and perfect for 7 of us. The hot tub was amazing after a day at Snowbowl. And, the owners were kind enough to have a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. Overall the house was perfect for us and very close to downtown Flagstaff. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Ted and Theresa’s place was very comfortable to stay in. Loved the comfy couch and fluffy towels. The beds were a bit soft but that’s just a personal preference. The kitchen was very well equipped which made cooking easy. The grocery store and all the sights to see in Page are only a short drive away. It is close to the airport but it is very small and we hardly noticed any planes - not noisy at all.

Our stay was amazing! We instantly felt right at home, and the nature that surrounded us was extremely calming. We have small children and our host had so many fun extra toys to play with. There were many extra touches in the home that we appreciated. Mj and Elizabeth were responsive and very kind. I recommend this place to anyone, especially extended stays.

Staying here felt like a high-end resort! It was our first AirBnB experience, and the home was modern, spotless, welcoming, and comfortable. The views from the patio were the icing on the cake and our pups loved the fenced yard.

Wonderful, serene location in a lovely neighborhood. The house has beautiful light and is nestled into the hillside with views of the mountains. We enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings as the sun rose and in the evenings with the beautiful night sky. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.
