This is our third year renting the cottage. We have turned it into a yearly tradition. Past two years we have had other family members rent other cottages. This is such a wonderful place to get away.

Amazing cottage perfect for a quick in-town getaway. Beautiful outdoors space with ample privacy. The amenities including the movie projector are top notch!

This was a beautiful home and Dale was an excellent host. We appreciated how clean everything was, and how well the home matched the description. The back yard is a wonderful addition to the home and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the pool and hot tub with all the gorgeous flowers. The neighborhood is walkable and peaceful. We are highly pleased with our stay!

This was a last minute stay for us and we will definitely look to book again in the future.

The house was as described and pictured in the listing. Well furnished & decorated. The location is on a busier street but we couldn’t hear the noise inside at all. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The backyard is enormous and our dog loved it. There was a maintenance issue with the outside steps but it was rectified quickly after I made the owners aware. The location was great to visit family in the area. We didn’t use the kitchen except for coffee but it seemed to be well stocked with dishes and cookware. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful cottage in Berkeley Park neighborhood. The space was perfect for our family and had every amenity that we might need. Arifur was very responsive and provided recommendations on local restaurants and attractions.

Okay, as for my first Airbnb I’m Impressed and moved by the hospitality. The quality of the home and the host are equally amazing and would stay again!

This is a great little house close to the lake for a getaway. The beach area was really quiet during our stay and is a short walk from the house. Just be warned, it is down a path with a section that is fairly steep, so may be difficult to carry all your lake gear to. The house was very clean and well stocked including a range of toys for multiple age groups which was a huge amenity. My only critique is the upstairs air conditioner (located in the master bedroom for the whole upstairs) did struggle a bit to keep up with it being hot and humid. The second bedroom was a little warm even with the box fan provided. Overall though, this was a great vacation getaway rental.

Erich’s house is what Airbnb originally intended! You’re staying in someone’s home so it’s comfortable, curated and stocked with everything you need. No cardboard furniture like most Airbnbs today. We loved the location, walkable to the beltline and lots of other great restaurants and coffee shops. Comfortable beds, easy check in and nice outdoor areas.

Both the condition of the house and location were superb. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again.

The house is very clean. There are a lot of kitchen accessories for cooking. The beds are comfy. The basement has 2 basketball games for the kids. Lots of tvs. The area around the house (outside) is spacious and nice to walk around.

Cute cottage close to downtown Roswell and the nature trails! Would definitely stay here again.

This place is a hidden gem! The unit matched the pictures perfectly, but the CHARM! The the wooden floors, the farmhouse sink, the vintage GE refrigerator, and the beautiful stained glass were perfect accents to a beautiful space. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything you might need and we got the best night's sleep on the most comfortable bed and pillows I've slept on in a long time! Jack had wonderful recommendations for places to eat and was extremely responsive when we reached out. If we make the trip back to Atlanta, I will most definitely return to Jack's place.

Amy is very friendly and easy to work with. She is quick to respond to questions and provides clear information. We had the pleasure of meeting her during our recent stay which was a lovely surprise.

Still Waters is an amazing place. The hosts were very responsive and helpful in all respects. The cottage is in a very peaceful natural setting, near a lake, yet located very conveniently to a variety of restaurants, shops, with easy access to the attractions of Atlanta. The cottage has a covered deck with comfortable furniture so a guest can relax outside, enjoying the different birds that come up to the deck and different trees on the property. They can take a walk in the woods and around the lake, relaxing and enjoying the natural world surrounding them. I understand that some guests fish in the lake which is just behind the cottage, but I didn't happen to try my luck on this trip! If you are looking for a spot where you can really relax and recharge, Still Waters is the place for you! Oh, did I mention the bed? The mattress was the most comfortable mattress I have ever experienced - I want to have a bed like that in my own home! Definitely 5 star hosts & location!

Enjoyed everything about this cottage, especially the location - beautiful birds, trees and flowering plants all around. Met Tara and appreciated her answering my questions about her experience, which is totally new to me (first timer).

My husband and I loved our stay at Sharon & Eric’s place! It was cozy, comfortable, and peaceful, in such a beautiful spot. Definitely one of the cleanest Airbnb’s we have stayed at! Also, the hosts were friendly and welcoming, which really makes the experience stand out for me - the snacks provided were great! Little treats we wouldn’t normally get and great for a grab and go option. The location is also perfect - it rained both days during our trip but we could hop in our car and be on Canton so quickly and the rest of the area was close by too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
