Rowington is a small village with a pub/restaurant within a stones throw of the property. Nearby is the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal with many walks to a variety of great pubs and restaurants. Piglets Place is tucked away in the peaceful Warwickshire village of Norton Lindsey. It is a charming converted pig sty in its own grounds, a real home-from-home. It offers a light and airy vaulted living space and cosy wood burning stove. A workspace and WiFi make it ideal for remote working. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The mezzanine double bedroom overlooks the living area. Outside is private use of the sunny patio and garden, a perfect rural retreat.

This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

The Art Studio

Entire house located in the quaint town of Henley in Arden. This quirky cottage features it’s private entrance on the towns historic High Street. The property has a living room , bedroom with super king size bed, large bathroom with double shower and a kitchen area with everything you need for a short stay, such as toaster, fridge, kettle, microwave grill oven and Dolce Gusto coffee machine however there is no hob! There are lots of amazing restaurants in Henley in Arden to enjoy.

This studio annexe is on the edge of Claverdon within easy reach of Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon and Henley In Arden. Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed farm house, it has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The annexe has glorious views of the Warwickshire countryside and spectacular sunsets. Plenty of good walking / cycling and a short walk through the fields to a peaceful pond. The space can accommodate a blow up bed and there is a travel cot available on request.
