This wonderful 170m2 property dates back over 500 yrs. Arranged over three floors, its unique style combines the original features with beautifully designed modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated on the water front of Lake Como, the top floor opens out onto a spacious roof terrace providing outside dining, areas to relax, and boasts breath taking views of the lake. Laglio offers a number of places to eat & drink, local shops, a children's play park, a small beach and plenty of parking close by.

È un piacere accogliervi nel mio appartamento. Ho ristrutturato tutto l'appartamento e ho realizzato la maggior parte dei mobili con legno/ferro per uno stile rustico ma anche unico. Un letto flottante a led unito a un mosaico a muro nel bagno e a un pavimento in parte piastrellato con un effetto ottico da alla casa uno stile rustico ma anche ricercato Se volete saperne di più sulla ristrutturazione dell'appartamento e sulla creazione dei mobili, consultate il mio canale youtube Renovation Love

La nostra famiglia vi mette a disposizione fino a 5 persone un appartamento con tutti i comfort. Vicinanza Milano e Lago Maggiore. Friendly house ! Servizi per i piccoli, giochi e lettino per dormire, comodi in sicurezza! Il loro benessere ci sta a cuore, come il riposo dei genitori! Oltre a poter usufruire della cucina, siamo disposti ad offrirvi e condividere in base alla vostra prenotazione e alla nostra disponibilità, colazione, pranzo, cena da consumare insieme come una grande famiglia!

Großzügiges und stilvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus für bis zu 4 Personen auf zwei Etagen mit ca 100 qm Wohnfläche. 2 Balkone + Terrasse mit zusätzlich 30qm laden zum Sonnen, Chillen & Geniessen ein. Alle Zimmer sind individuell gestaltet und haben eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Luganer See und die Berge. Privatsphäre wird hier grossgeschrieben, denn als letztes Haus in der Strasse und direkt am Wald gelegen sind Sie ungestört - und trotzdem nur 10 Autominuten vom Zentrum Luganos entfernt.

Beautiful stone built 250 year old village house in historic centre of Pognana, 15 mins from Como. Completely renovated and interior designed to highest levels of comfort and luxury in authentic ancient Italian village setting. Very private. Use of whole house (except cellars) with private entrance. Amazing lake views from all rooms including iconic bathtub for two. 2 terraces. Fireplace. Great space for remote working. Free street parking a few mins walk. (Heavy suitcases not recommended).
