Welcome to 6 Toms Yard! It’s a self contained one bedroom flat with a private bathroom on the ground floor of our home. There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. 3 miles in each direction to the North and South coasts, a self-contained, 2 storey annexe at the bottom of the garden. A former Library set in an AONB with easy access to open countryside and many beautiful beaches. Perfect for walking, cycling, beaches, surfing, art and history lovers. A wealth of places around the peninsula to explore. The Library is a fully equipped, 2 bedroomed tranquil space with views over the garden and open fields with a small, private courtyard with table and chairs.

Set atop a Cornish moorland hill between the iconic cobble-streeted St.Ives and the working harbour-town of Penzance. Willow Green Cabin not only has breathtaking sea views across Mount's Bay that take in St. Michael's Mount and the famous Lizard Peninsular but also extensive pastoral views over a vast part of Cornwall, spreading out from ancient tin mines, right up past Redruth and as far as the famous clay pits of St.Austell. Each window in this beautiful wooden cabin offers a unique view.

En-suite Rural Log Cabin

Purpose built wooden cabin providing an en suite bedroom, in the garden, tucked up behind the brook. Sleeps up to 3 people with the addition of an airbed (2 adults and 1 child), and enjoys views of the surrounding garden and brook. You are actually right next to the babbling brook, to lull you off to sleep! We currently have no WiFi due to local storm damage. The cabin is a 7 minute walk from Tanglewood Wild Garden which ranks as number 5 in Tripadvisor’s 10 top attractions in Penzance.

Lovely Lodge in the woods overlooking Mounts Bay

Our Lodge is very private and peaceful, nestled next to woods and orchard with wonderful views over Mounts Bay but only 5 minutes from Penzance by car with its many restaurants and night life and is perfectly placed to explore the spectacular beaches and coastal paths of Lands End and St Ives. With private parking for 3 cars, it is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends. We are always on hand to give you any help or information you may need. Your own transport is recommended.

The Old Studio

This former artist's studio, music room and occasional accommodation has been recently updated to provide a unique and quirky holiday retreat with large studio room with double bed and sitting room, kitchen, bathroom with shower. The wooden building with veranda stands alone in a tree lined paddock with plenty of outside space and fire pit. Ideal spot for relaxed guests and close to the area's wonderful beaches and coastline and towns of Penzance, St Ives and St Just. For rural romantics

St Pauls is a beautiful & historic converted Old School. It is located in the centre of Penzance, steps away from local shops, restaurants, cinema, galleries, parks and the seaside. Nearby there is Jubilee Pool, St Michaels Mount, Mousehole Harbour, St Ives, Porthcurno, Lands end and much more. This place is the perfect base to explore the best of Cornwall. Train, Bus, Taxi & Car Rental is a 10 minute walk away and there is a parking space for you to use directly outside the property.

When you’ve seen enough relax and eat alfresco on the deck which boasts a stunning sea-view or snuggle up by the log burner inside.

Sunset Retreat is a cosy and romantic Shepherds Hut nestling within walking distance of the village of Zennor. It offers stunning sunset views and after dark is ideal for stargazing, due to zero light pollution. By day you can walk the coastal path, explore the moors , or visit either the Gurnard’s Head or Tinners Arms for lunch or dinner. The coastal towns of St Ives, Penzance and St Just are a 15 minute drive or you can choose the coastal bus.

Our pretty barn conversion is located just outside the rural & picturesque village of Zennor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
