house in the garden

there is a living room with a corner couch that is easily transformed into a bed, situated in front of the fireplace that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere in the cold winter nights. The living room has a magnificent view to the lush garden. The open, built in kitchen has a table for four persons, is fully equipped with settings and all the necessary kitchenware and has a spacious refrigerator, a washing machine, an electric oven and four (4) ceramic hobs. The bedroom is located above the bathroom and the entrance hallway. It has a queen-size bed and a big built in closet and offers a view to the garden. When you open the main French window of the living room, you step out in a beautifully organized paved area with lawn and tall trees that offer complete privacy. In the garden, there is a table that can accommodate ten (10) persons, inviting you to enjoy a coffee, lunch or dinner with the company of friends any time of the day, with a view to the lush garden.

Our 40 square meters , one-bedroom apartment is located at the city of Xalandri. Newly renovated, with minimal and comfort decor makes the perfect getaway in the suburbs of Athens , where everything is close to the center and also relaxed when needed . Quiet apartment by the park

The apartment is situated in Papagos, one of the greenest and most quiet suburbs of Athens. The metro station (Ethniki Amyna) is 900m; the bus stop is 20m away. Right across the street you can find the entrance of Alsos Papagou, an amazing park which includes tennis courts, a playground, a dog park, a football field, a track and field, a theatre and one of the most famous cafe-restaurants in Athens: Piu Verde. Public and private hospitals, embassies and universities are in close distance.

Fully renovated and furnished apartment in a modern style, located on an elevated ground floor with communal entrance, the location is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, around the house you can find all sorts of shops,cinemas,super markets , restaurant and a bakery store.Metropolitan general hospital is about 200 meters from house. At a distance of 2 minutes by foot you can found the underground (Metro) and bus stop for transfer to the city center, the harbor or the airport!

Welcome to our family house!

Enjoy your stay in our newly renovated, modern and cozy 45m2 apartment. It's a very good choice if you want to have easy access both to the heart of Athens and the National Athens Airport. Katehaki metro station (blue line->10stops from Airport) is 5min walk from the house. Bus station is two minutes on foot. A taxi stand is 2min away. (!!!!) Supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and fast-food stores are in a walking distance, too(!!!!). NO COOKING OIL INCLUDED!

Orange Garden στο Χαλάνδρι.

Το 1960, πριν χτιστεί το σπιτιού μας στη Σοφοκλέους, ο παππούς Γιάννης φύτεψε ξινά δέντρα στον κήπο. Τα πορτοκάλια, τα μανταρίνια και τα λεμόνια γέμισαν τις φρουτιέρες μας , δυναμώνοντας τους χειμώνες μας και δροσίζοντας τα καλοκαίρια μας. Κάτω από αυτά τα δέντρα, έγιναν γλέντια, έπαιξαν παιδιά ενώ πεταλούδες ρουφούσαν χυμούς λουλουδιών. Καλωσορίζουμε τους επισκέπτες μας στον παράδεισο αυτό το τον γεμάτο αρώματα και χυμούς.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι 22τ.μ. και βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή του Ν. Ψυχικού, στον 7ο όροφο χωρίς να συνορεύει με άλλο (οροφοδιαμέρισμα). Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα την Αθήνα. Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια βρίσκεται ο σταθμός του Μετρό "Κατεχάκη". Ακριβώς δίπλα βρίσκεται μεγάλο πάρκο, που περιλαμβάνει σύγχρονη παιδική χαρά. Στη γειτονιά υπάρχουν καταστήματα εστίασης και super markets.
