On the East side of West Rush Lake, spanning 1.1 acres with shoreline on two sides, the property has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, WiFi and smart TVs in the LR, loft, and primary. Recreationally, there’s ping pong, foosball, a hot tub, a private beach area, outdoor fire pit, and easy access to fishing, swimming, boating, and more! Your front door is on a quiet road that ends in a natural boat launch, convenient to the home’s beach on North Lindstrom Lake.
