Our one bedroom ground floor apartment renovated to a very high spec, is set in the beautiful village of Shipton-Under-Wychwood in the heart of The Cotswolds. This is a homely space in which you can spend time relaxing or enjoying the charm of The Cotswolds and surrounding areas, be it walking, hiking or touring. We are 4 mins from Burford, 9 mins from Clarkson’s Diddly Squat and 15 mins from The Farmer’s Dog. We are lucky to have 3 pubs all in walking distance and a local Post Office/shop.

Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

Close to the centre of Chadlington and the nearby Cafe, which offers breakfasts and light meals, the Tite Inn and local deli and butcher's shops, the Studio offers peaceful and comfortable self-contained accommodation in a lovely garden setting at Sandys House (Grade 2 listed) including kitchen, shower-room and living / creative space with wifi. Two miles from Charlbury station, it is a perfect base for touring the Cotswolds. The historic town of Burford and Blenheim Palace are within easy reach, as is de luxe shopping at Daylesford. It is a perfect starting point for walking/biking enthusiasts with never ending foot paths and lovely country lanes for biking.

Our maximum occupancy is 2 adults and a young child.
