Soak amid hot water, steam and fresh air surrounded by nature and birdsong, enjoy magnificent sunsets from the ‘Sundowner’ or cosy up toasting marshmallows over the fire pit - a perfect escape to unwind.

Stable Apartment with Hot Tub near Winchester

Newly renovated apartment with copper bath and hot tub in a converted stable 3 miles from Winchester. The well-equipped kitchen has a dining table with banquette seating, boot room/utility, and sitting room with flame effect fire. Guests have access to the owner’s pool (May to September) for up to three hours per day, and tennis court. Private hot tub and fenced garden with outdoor furniture. Not suitable for children and infants aged 12 and younger (unfenced pond, pool, dogs on site).

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Barn on The South Downs Way, Dogs Welcome

Kites Loft takes its name from the many red kites often seen soaring above the fields of our small holding. The studio is situated directly on the South Downs Way, within an oak framed barn. It is warm, comfortable and well equipped for couples or a small family. It has a king sized bed and within the relaxing seating area is a sofa and TV. The kitchenette is finished off with a beautiful oak table to eat at, a cosy shower room and there is a dog bed to welcome any four legged friends.

Nestled within the South Downs National Park, this charming countryside escape offers uninterrupted views across open fields where sheep graze. Wake up to breathtaking bedroom views, explore the surrounding countryside and historic Winchester, and in the winter, cosy up beside the crackling log burner. Thoughtfully equipped for families with babies and children, as well as couples seeking a peaceful getaway, it’s the perfect retreat to unwind and enjoy Hampshire’s beautiful landscape.

Secluded country cottage surrounded by private paddocks in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Patio and hot tub overlook beautiful countryside and our Hampshire Down Sheep. The picturesque and historic towns of New Alresford 5 mins and Winchester 15 mins drive away. We have great walks, cycling and riding straight from the farm. There are 2 double rooms and one room with a single bed and a pull out mattress that could cater for 2 if required making 6 in total.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Come and enjoy a stay in The Cottage, located in the grounds of our 17th Century converted Barn. Enjoy a unique location on the edge of Winchester with direct access to the countryside. The Cottage has been recently extended and refurbished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. A perfect place for a break to explore all the wonderful things that Winchester has to offer!

This lovely eighteenth century cottage has stunning walks right from the front door and a local riverside pub, the Bush Inn just a stone's throw away.

The Treehouse at Barrow Hill Barns

Sitting within a historic woodland, this secluded retreat has all the creature comforts of home whilst being immersed in nature on Barrow Hill Farm. The Treehouse’s bespoke design allows you to open one side of the lodge to welcome in the sights, sounds and smells of the bluebell wood that surrounds it. The roll top bath is perfect for romantic bathing, with the doors open or shut.
