Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

Situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, The Carter's Loft is a beautifully presented studio bursting with charm. The popular local pub (White Horse) offers good food and local beer. Sympathetically managed the meadow evolves throughout the year and offers the perfect spot to switch off from everyday life. The hut contains a kingsize bed with luxury mattress and underbed storage. There is a fitted kitchenette with pop-up dining area, and our en-suite includes a shower, flushing loo and heated towel rail.

Southwold is only a 10 minute drive or 30 minute cycle away. Lovely countryside walks and cycling routes direct from the Barn. Bike storage is available. You will need a car to get around!
