Charming Manzanita Red Cottage near Beach & Village

Step through the old wooden gates and down the stairs to discover one of Laguna’s most remarkable hidden treasures. Here in this story-book setting four charming, old-world style cottages and a studio apartment accommodation are nestled amidst fragrant floral gardens reminiscent of early California. A whimsical wishing well in the center of the grassy courtyard adds special magic to this delightful and relaxing hideaway for couples looking for a romantic weekend getaway, family vacationers and business vagabonds. The cottage is tucked away in a historic Laguna Beach neighborhood. The cottages are close enough for a stroll to the beach, shops, restaurants, and galleries, yet far enough away from the activities of downtown Laguna. Laguna Beach has a cute trolly that is free to take all round the city. Runs Friday-Sunday. Uber, Lyft and taxis are also easy ways to get around if you don't want to walk. Built in 1927 by Hollywood film producer Harry Green, the cottages have been beautifully restored to reflect the charm of the original Laguna Beach art colony while offering the convenience and comfort of modern day amenities, lodging, and accommodations in Southern California. Each rental cottage has individually-selected furnishings and artwork.

Welcome to our Downtown Charmer apartment! Beautiful, recently updated 1 Bedroom/1 Bath apartment that is part of a larger home. This space is on the 2nd floor, with a private staircase entrance. This lovely retreat is peaceful and relaxed and only a few blocks to Carpinteria Beach. We are located less than a block from our main downtown area on Linden Ave. There is well over 20 restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and candy specialty shops, you name it - to provide culinary delights.

Fantastic Vacation Condo on the Bay

Spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs bay front condo on Newport Beach's Harbor with a view of the Historical Balboa Pavilion Building and looking directly at Balboa Island. The nautically appointed living room, kitchen and dining area look out through sliding glass doors which allow you to watch the boats sail by. This is a quieter area of the Balboa Peninsula, walk to the Fun Zone, Balboa Pier or rent bikes and cruise the boardwalk. Parking for 2 cars. Come enjoy the Newport Peninsula.

Gorgeous Catalina Villa in Hamilton Cove

My two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa in Catalina sleeps 6 with a full kitchen and an incredible ocean view. I’ve nicknamed my place “Sense of Porpoise.” Dolphins, whales and other sea life are often spotted from my oceanfront patio. The villa is in a gated community called Hamilton Cove, which includes a swimming pool, hot tub, rec room, tennis courts and a nine-hole put course. A six-person golf cart is included.

Adorable- Entire Guest House with Pool & Hot Tub!

Relax in peace and enjoy your beautiful surroundings. if you would like to use the jacuzzi, their will be a $75 dollars charge for 24 hour period. I also would need a 30 minutes heads up to get it warmed up to 114 degrees. sincerely Nathan.
