John was an outstanding host. He was attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Communication was seamless, and he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, especially since I was recovering from surgery. He was flexible with check-in, offered help with my bags, and made sure I had all the necessary information, from WiFi to check-out instructions. He even made checkout stress free by letting me stay until the maids arrived. Thoughtful touches like that really made a difference. I highly recommend staying at his place. John truly exemplifies great hosting.

We enjoyed staying at the Sunset Luxury. Located close to the Marina. Easy access to the airport. Perfect area to take our dog on a walk. Thank you for this location. We will be back.

房源位置无敌！走路几分钟就能到光谱中心，即使没有车也非常方便。整个社区也很安静舒适。床很舒服，我们一家睡得很好。不过沙发和椅子不太舒服，感觉需要升级了。其他方面都很棒。是值得推荐的爱彼迎房源。

Austin was very helpful and was great with communication. The place was clean and well supplied, Austin has it decorated nicely to make it feel very comfortable. I was here for work, but it was nice to come to after work and have somewhere that felt comfortable and clean.

We loved our stay at Daniel’s place. Everything as described and I loved how close everything was to our stay. The home was spotless! He is a great host and very responsive. I would give the location, the communication, and comfortable stay 10/10. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at Michael's place. It was clean, modern, comfortable and the perfect size for 2 persons. It had everything we needed to relax, rest and cook if you wanted to. It was centrally located to all our weekend activities. There were many food options right by us without having to get in our car. We even got to walk across the street to our favorite italian restaurant in the area. We would stay here again next time we visit the area.

The place was excellent! Georgetta was an amazing host. This place worked out well for my family. It was neat, clean and was in a central location with lots of amenities. I had a wonderful time with my son, the perfect way to recharge for the new week. We enjoyed every moment, especially the pool and jacuzzi, where he had an absolute blast. I highly recommend the experience!

The is a must experience location. Super clean, super convenient, super romantic, and close to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. You may want to make this a staple. One note: Be sure to bring an HDMI connection so that you can watch streaming programs if you wish. We had a small dilemma where the streaming Netflix option was unavailable but we were able to get around it.

These Villas are absolutely beautiful inside and out. The grounds are gorgeous with plenty for the whole family to do. We enjoyed taking the trolly to the beach and hanging by the pool. It’s everything we hoped for! So easy with a family and very high end. Thank you!

A great place to stay! We booked this place for a weekend getaway and a wedding and it was great! It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach, and another 5 minute walk to a local produce market shop for some quick groceries! There is a park nearby and the train that passes but it genuinely is not a concern. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a low-key, quaint place to get away for the weekend and enjoy Santa Barbara while being close by to the Downtown Area and all the amenities the area has to offer!

This place was great for me and my husband plus two dogs. We walked everywhere and a quick 10 min drive to the dog beach. Also this place had a reserved parking spot which is rare. It was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely rebook here.
