Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

Bayshore Walk on the Peninsula- 3 bedroom Penthouse with panoramic views. Step out the front door and you’re on the beach; or enjoy the beach and bay from your private balcony. We are just off 64th St. in the heart of the Peninsula. This unit has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8, offering 1 king, 2 queens, a sleeper sofa, and a blow-up mattress. This unit is ideally located on the bay where you are just minutes away from 2nd St. shopping, restaurants and the marina. This IS NOT a party house.

Cheerful and relaxed guest suite in the back of a single-family residential home, which is located on a tree-lined street (giant Italian stone pine, very rare in LA) in a quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood (Alondra Park/ El Camino Village). Only 15 minutes away from LAX, the beaches (Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach & Manhattan Beach), the Kia Forum, and the SoFi Stadium, and close to tons of food options in South Bay.

Also available our studio sleeps 3-4 on ground level if you need a larger space. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/3340284. No need for a car, parks, restaurants and dining, around the corner, one short block to the beach. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids), although you will have to watch your toddlers due to the stairs. Personal contract required.

Gorgeous restored comfortable centrally located!

Welcome to my home! If you look at the pictures of the interior spaces I hope it will show you why it is a lovely comfortable calm island in the sometimes busy city of LA. With its location in MidCity between La Brea, Washington, West St and the 10 Freeway, selected specifically to be central and within easy reach of the whole of Los Angeles. I hope that you have a lovely time visiting!

Recently renovated custom waterfront home with a dock on the canal. Located one block from surfing in the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Free use of 6 standup paddle boards and 3 kayaks. Boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs included. Walk to local restaurants. BBQ on patio, balcony overlooking canal, the epitome of Southern California living on the water.
