Studio by the Beach with Separate Entrance

Open the sliding door to let the gentle sea breezes waft in and settle down to stream a favorite show on the Smart TV. The interior blends coastal touches with boho chic, and there are little luxuries like a work space and secluded private outdoor space. I adhere to the CDC cleaning protocols. I use UV C light for added disinfecting and sanitizing of the Studio, and have also added a Dyson air purifying fan and heater to insure you have clean air. This studio is located on the first floor of my three story home. The studio shares the first floor with the garage so you don't have any shared walls. You have two windows, one in the bathroom and a sliding glass door in the bedroom, they bring in light and the sea breeze but have no views. While this studio is private you may hear footsteps above, music drifting in from other parts of the house, and the sounds that come from everyday living. You'll have one parking space available on the right side of the driveway. More free parking is usually available at the end of the street, 15 houses down on panama. During the day there's extra parking at kiddie beach. I live on the two top floors of the house so i'm easily accessible for as much or as little interaction as needed. The setting on a quiet street is only half a block from channel Island harbors Kiddie Beach and 1.5 blocks to Silver Strand Beach, a popular surf spot and vantage point for catching the sunset. Watch for whales and discover a yoga studio, corner market, and salon, all only moments away. Hollywood by the sea has unique sounds too. You'll hear sea lions, boat horns, and on occasion a fog horn. Every morning at 8am you'll hear our national anthem, and at sunset you'll hear taps. You'll have to pay attention or you'll miss it. It's one of many thing I love about this area.

Treehouse Adventure

Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Artists' retreat with views of surf and sunset.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Artists studio with loft. 2 minutes to Zuma Beach. Scenic hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and surfing. A working art studio, filled with artwork, art supplies and paint drips on the floor. Room to store your boards and bikes. Enjoy the sunset views over the ocean! NOTE: Stairs to the loft are steep and not recommended for small children or anyone with issues climbing stairs. Occasional neighborhood construction noise to be expected.

Incredible views, surrounded by nature. clean, extremely comfortable, 2022 PUMA travel trailer has everything you need to feel completely at home. Because it’s small, it’s best suited for 1 or 2 people. Eat in or eat out - a fully functioning kitchen, a large refrigerator/freezer minutes away from Malibu’s finest restaurants. Enjoy a stylish luxury experience at this centrally-located studio in Oxnard, close to the 101 and 126 Freeways. Across the street from a park and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Guests will have the whole place to themselves, including a private entrance and no shared spaces. The entire place includes a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. This property is attached to a condo which is not occupied by the Host. You have your own entrance.
