David was very easy to work with an accommodating for an early check in. The house was clean upon arrival and steps from the beach. This is a perfect house for a small family get away.

This place is amazing! If you are looking for an affordable house ON THE BEACH with LOTS of beds then this is your place! It’s not state of the art or completely upgraded, but it is so cozy. We were there with 5 small children and 6 adults and we were never in each others way. The beach itself is beautiful and the outdoor shower is a perfect addition to this beach get away. There are lots of amenities provided so don’t stress! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach loungers, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, hand soap, outdoor shower, hose, grill with gas hook up, bedding, blender, coffee maker, 2 microwaves, 2 ovens…so much! Bring some WD 40 for the tar you might get on your feet and make sure you put the trash cans out ON SUNDAY NIGHT! The trash man comes EARLY Monday morning. The recycle only gets picked up every other Monday so don’t stress if it doesn’t get emptied…the schedule is on the fridge. Also, the knives are TERRIBLE! If you like to cook you might want to bring a few of your own. I hesitate to leave a good review because we plan to return and I don’t want it to be unavailable but it is awesome!!! Communicate early with TREE if you have questions. They will get back to you but not right away. We would just call the number and send a message on the app and they would eventually get back to us. Enjoy your stay! Check all of the drawers before you leave. There are tons of dressers and it’s easy to leave things behind.

Was a great place and Donovan and Gretchen were great. They were quick to communicate and super friendly. I would stay here again and recommend this place to others.

visiting a friend in Oxnard. We were lucky enough to find Kristi's Beach Bungalow. what a cute and well decorated cottage! The outside living areas truly complimented to cozy comfy interior. Even Better it is only .9 miles from the Rudder room, as me how I know. 🙂

We loved our stay at Kyle’s place in Malibu. It was in the perfect location, so close to the beaches and everything we wanted to do. The unit was updated, clean and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Location right in the middle of everything. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. A minute to the boards and beach. Nice to have an off street parking spot.

Nous avons terminé notre séjour de 4 semaines (visite des grands parcs américains de l’ouest) par deux journées idylliques dans une des locations d’Arabella (Myrtle). En lisant les commentaires je craignais que ce soit bruyant. Mais moi qui suis une maniaque du bruit, j’ai très très bien dormi. Ces cabanes en bois sont chic, ont du caractère et un confort et charme incroyables. J’aurais adoré rester plus longtemps, j’ai cru être au paradis. Mon mari et 3 grands ado sont aussi tombés sous le charme de ce logement et de Laguna Beach super bien situé. Je le recommande vivement.

Our stay at the beach cottage in Newport Beach for our 2nd visit back was again nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt an overwhelming sense of peace and comfort. The cottage itself is the perfect blend of charm and coastal beauty—immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and filled with little touches that made us feel right at home. Mornings were spent sipping coffee on the porch with the ocean breeze and the soft sound of waves in the distance, and our evenings ended with breathtaking sunsets just a short stroll away. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away enough to feel private, but close enough to enjoy all the best of Newport’s restaurants, shops, and beach paths. It was the kind of stay that soothes the soul. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us again! We had a fantastic experience staying at Paul’s home. From start to finish, Paul was an exceptional host; responsive, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful. He offered great local recommendations for our family around Huntington Beach, and when we had a last-minute schedule change, he handled it with empathy and flexibility. Paul was gracious in every way, and it’s clear he takes pride in providing a welcoming and respectful experience for his guests. I would gladly stay at any of Paul’s properties again and recommend them without hesitation. He’s a host of true integrity.

Situated in a nice neighborhood, the property is at the back of the owners lot facing the alleyway so was nicely private. Lots of light with high end appliances. A two block walk to the ocean beach. No beach gear provided, but owner indicates bikes are available. We appreciated the location and helpful communication from owner. Owner let us self checkin which is also appreciated.

We loved Sandy's place! The location is amazing. Actually less than a block from the beach - you can see the beach and the sunset from the front patio. Near all of the things to do Hermosa Beach. We walked to every dinner we had, including one at Manhattan Beach (~1 mile). Bungalow is the perfect word. It has the charm that reflects its age - it's not brand new and modern - but in a way that is so cozy and livable. And they just take great care of guests. It's kind of like going to stay at a family members vacation home - has what you need, clearly making it a good experience (we've all probably stayed at the places trying to do the minimum - that's not this place). Issam the property manager checked on us twice and was delightful - gave good activity recommendations, if not some good life advice :) . It's not a the largest house and yet felt perfectly spacious for our family of five. Love the back patio and the outdoor shower is perfect coming back from the beach. We will book again!

Wendy’s place was just as expected from the photos. It’s a very charming and comfortable space in an amazing location. We walked to Montana for coffee and breakfast every morning and appreciated having easy parking so we could leave the car.

great little spot close to so many things, restaurants local shopping, Farmers markets, grocery stores, gas stations you name it. it's there. the place had all the things we needed for the time we were there.

We all want to come back. It was perfect for our family because of the antique feel of the home, yet it had everything you could need and it's close to the ferry. Parking is easy on that side of the island and it's quieter too. We all thought our beds were comfy and I got to stay in the cute bedroom with the porthole windows. The back yard area was so charming! You could sit in the sun or sit in the shade and later on, sit by the outdoor fireplace. Overall it was so comfortable to just hang out at the house and not feel like you needed to go do something. The books, especially the historical ones are good picks to read or just page through. When you do venture out, it's a quick walk to the beach and Balboa Pier via the ferry. By car, it's about 25 minutes to Crystal Cove State Park which is breathtaking!

Great place, very cozy. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Location was great for accessing lots of different things.

Justin's place was very clean, well organized and thoughtfully appointed. Everything worked as it should, and Justin was very responsive to any issues that arose during our stay. We appreciated the pet friendly environment and the fast internet which allowed for remote work during our stay. We would highly recommend Justin's place for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable and practical place to stay.
