While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

Comfortable and close by to plenty of attractions nearby, about a 15-20 min walk distance to Huntington Art Gallery, Caltech, Pasadena City College, Coffee bars, Grocery Stores and Restaurants within the area on the East side of Old Town Pasadena.
