The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

It,s cozily renovated combining modern and traditional ideas for your comfort. The sitting area and kitchen is downstairs,upstairs is the bedroom and another bathroom The entrance enters directly to living area. The settee converts to a double bed. Being a corner property light fills it from all sides. All guests will be welcomed with a 'basic survival pack'.Toiletries are also provided.Electrical appliances include fridge ,stove,oven, AC,washing machine,TV, WIFI,hairdrier,. All bed linen and towels are provided and on request beach towels. Ideally located to relish the historical old port of Hania and its vibrant atmosphere with many historic buildings and ruins offering a unique experience. Just wander around and discover the old town with its labyrinth of lanes and alleyways. The central bus station is a 10 minute walk away,but taxis are everywhere. Every 3 days linen and towels are changed and the house is cleaned.

The apartment Anaxagoras consists of an open-plan residential complex and is characterized by an imposing original Venetian arch, which separates the kitchen and living area from sleeping. It has direct access to your (private) garden with barbecue and large dining table with sea view. Everything has been renovated with lots of love for the traditional details in 2017. Here you can inhale a touch of Cretan history in a unique and comfortable atmosphere.

The Sweet Home apartment is a new house that is located in the center of Chania , the apartment is exactly 5 minutes away from the old port of Chania and the center of Chania and 8 minutes from the first beach . The apartment is on the 5th floor of a block of flats, from the balcony and inside the apartment you can see the view of the Cretan sea, also the Venetian harbor, from the bedrooms you can see the magnificent view of the mountains.
