Take a relaxing stroll along the shore, then share evening drinks at the bistro table in the cozy backyard at this sunny ground-floor oasis. Kick back in the cream Acapulco rocking chair before whipping up a snack in the chic gray kitchen. The house is on the ground floor and it is appropriate for couples and families. The inside is properly arranged with a fully operational kitchen, a living room with a dining table, and 1 bedroom and one private bathroom. It is also equipped with all the necessary utensils, amenities and many more. The apartment is located on the ground floor. We will wait for you at the house upon your arrival to welcome you, show you the house and give you the keys. Furthermore we will provide you a city map, suggest you nice places to visit and things to do. During your vacations we will be always available in case you need help with anything. Calm, tranquil Chalepa has a rich history, with beautiful old neoclassical mansions and is considered the most aristocratic quarter of Chania. Just minutes from the house, there is a small rocky beach that looks and feels like a swimming pool. There is a bus stop nearby, only 2 blocks away, that services the Sodi and Chalepa buses, both of which come and go downtown. Very close to this bus stop there is a taxi station. Otherwise, you can always come by car. There are plenty of free parking spots available just out of the apartment. For reservations over 10 nights we provide to our guests one extra cleaning and linens change of the apartment free of charge Calm, tranquil Halepa has a rich history, with beautiful old neoclassical mansions and is considered the most aristocratic quarter of Chania. It consists of 3 houses with 11 serviced apartments and includes outside shared amenities like swimming pool with kids pool and sunbeds, gardens, grape vines, parking area and bar. The apartment is on 2 levels (divided by 4 steps) and it consists of one small dining room with a kitchenette and a private bathroom on the first level; and a bedroom with a queen-size double bed and a balcony with sea view on the second level. This studio apartment fits up to 2 guests and the rates include daily breakfast and daily housekeeping. The quiet beach just a few meters away is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, kite surfing and fishing and the street in front of the property doesn't have much traffic so it is suitable for walks and jogging. It is also a great starting point to explore some of Crete’s most popular destinations and beaches, such as Falassarna (7km), Balos (11km), Elafonisi (43km), and the beautiful city of Chania (44km). If you are planning to visit Balos but you do not want to hike, Kissamos port is located only 2km away from where you can enjoy one of the daily cruises to Gramvousa Island and Balos Lagoon.
