Akti Villas - Akti Kalou

Akti Kalou is in the most-simplest terms, on the beach. With Lourdas beach as your front yard, this villa boasts 136 square meters on among the most prime real estate in all of the region of Leivathos. Experience panoramic views of the pristine waters of Lourdas Bay while feeling at home in this traditional village-meets-contemporary home. Living accommodations include 2 extremely generous master suites fully equipped with en-suites and lounging areas overlooking the beachfront. A private balcony adorns the upstairs suite and offers the perfect place to sit-back, relax and take in all the beauty Lourdas has to offer. The downstairs suite is clad in traditional stone masonry and features the uniqueness of village living. Residents of this villa enjoy two large bedrooms, on separate levels with en-suites. Both bedrooms have stunning views of the beach. Each bedroom offers a queen size bed, couches, and a desk. A day bed can be provided (at additional cost) to accommodate an addition resident in each bedroom. Full closets provide space necessary to organize wardrobes and give an at-home feeling while on holiday. The two bedrooms, as well as living room are equipped with a T.V. that are connected to local Greek channels as well as the vast variety of Hotbird and Astra satellite (open) connections. The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. A dedicated WI-FI connection, provides reliable and fast access to the internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator & freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave as well as fully stocked with dishes, glassware and cutlery. A washing machine for clothing is also located on the property.

Our tiny, traditional house, hand-built in 1924, consists of a kitchen and bathroom downstairs (19 sq.m) and a double bedroom upstairs (16 sq.m) as well as a big and lovely terrace. It is located in the traditional village of Svoronata, less than a mile from the airport (0.9 mi), Ammes beach (0.5 mi) and many other beautiful coasts.
