We have 2 huge bedrooms each has a balcony and lots of windows, 1 single bedroom with loft space, full size kitchen, dining area with floor to ceiling windows, living room and a bathroom with a huge bathtub ( fits 2 adults!). Great view on the mountain from the front (living room) with small balcony, and access to the slopes ski in ski out from the back (bedroom). Location is in high Gudauri, with direct access to the resort. The closest lift is 1 minute from the apartment and accessible by ski. A locker is available for storing the ski equipment.

Only a ten-minute walk from the center of Kutaisi. No worries if it's raining or scorching hot in Kutaisi, and you don't feel like going out. In our apartment you can relax and wait out the weather. We have a comfortable apartment with heating, a separate kitchen, a convenient shower, and entertainment options (movie projector with Netflix and YouTube; Xbox and board games) to keep you occupied all day.
