Appartement très agréable à vivre et bien chauffé avec le poêle à pellets. Belle vue sur les toits et les montagnes. Rénovation et décoration de bon goût avec de belles couleurs, de beaux matériaux et des meubles sympas. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Très bonne communication avec Katty et Yvan. A recommander !

Pepo was wonderful to work with! His instruction on check-in came early and were easy to follow. His place is on the 4th floor, which aside from the steps, has its perks as its more quite. There are some great restaurants right below his place as well! We also loved having a washing machine for our clothes. We brought our own laundry soap (the dehydrated sheets) and that worked perfectly! Thank you Pepo for sharing your space with us!

Manuel’s place was great! Close to many attractions, has many cafes and shops nearby but quiet at night. The place was cosy and super clean. We stayed with our 1.5 year old toddler, Manuel even provided a baby bed. The apartment was safe for a toddler and had everything we needed. The small balcony was very nice to have, the whole place had a great vibe. Getting there and getting inside was also very easy, we were grateful for the early check-in. Would recommend 10/10!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Loft. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da man mit der Bahn in 35 min. in Barcelona war und wir es sehr genossen haben, nach einem anstrengenden Stadttag nach Sant Cugat zu kommen und den Abend dort zu verbringen. Es gibt fußläufig nette Restaurants, schöne Plätze und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben - sehr besonders und liebevoll gestaltet - und für 3 Personen optimal. Vinyet ist eine tolle und jederzeit hilfsbereite Gastgeberin!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. The location was unbeatable and the balcony was so nice to sit out on in the evenings. Hopefully we'll be back someday!

Es un refugio ideal para desconectar, es acogedor y las vistas espectaculares. Si te gusta pasear por la montaña el entorno te ofrece rutas espectaculares y sin necesidad de coger el coche. Si además tienes la posibilidad de recorrer los valles de alrededor puedes pasar unos días de rutas de montaña muy especiales.

I spent 8 days in this apartment and it was perfect for me. It’s just as charming and updated and sparkling clean as the photos but the view from the balcony is even more spectacular. I’m a single woman traveling alone for the first time in Spain and although I mapped out a whole itinerary for myself Artur fine tuned it and made recommendations that turned out great. He met me out front when I arrived and when I left he hailed a cab for me. He’s helpful but not intrusive. The apartment location on the map looks like it’s far from the central tourist areas like Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter but I walked to all of them. Never more than 30 minutes. And while walking I found all these hidden gems that made the trip extra special. Like Otranto which is a neighborhood shop selling architectural elements recovered from old buildings. The tiles are to die for. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s worth every penny.

What an experience! We were in Barcelona during the blackout, and Mireja was constantly checking in to make sure we were okay. She truly treated us like family, and we immediately felt at home. We stayed with our two small children, and the apartment was just perfect for us. It had everything a guest could need—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Being on the first floor made it especially convenient for families with strollers. The apartment is located in a quiet, authentic residential neighborhood, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend it to anyone!

Laura and enrique went above and beyond for our stay! They helped with everything! We only initially wanted to stay originally 10 days but stayed over 2 months! Everything was perfect! This apartment is such a find…Maria was so welcoming when we arrived and the apartment was beautiful and spacious, exactly as described, but better. The area was safe and quiet and very residential, so you should be aware that whilst the bus stop is just outside the apartment and the centre of Tarragona is only 10 mins on the bus, there are no facilities within walking distance. We’re happy to cook for ourselves so it wasn’t a big deal, but had to go on the bus to the supermarket for a shop. It would have been nice to be able to amble to a restaurant or bar in the evening but not being able to, didn’t spoil our stay. We relaxed and enjoyed the sunshine. The old town of Tarragona is beautiful with plenty of character and the Roman ruins are some of the best we’ve seen outside of Athens. We would absolutely recommend this apartment and would return ourselves. Thank you Maria for your hospitality!

Angeles is very responsive and as flexible as she can be with check-in/-out. The bed is so comfy you may never want to get up! It's very quiet for being VERY close to the Metro and a mercado open late. I never heard a sound and I felt 100% safe walking late at night alone. Don't be alarmed when asked for money/info shortly before arrival. This is Barcelona's tourism tax, and she's collecting it exactly the way she's supposed to. (I verified this independently; Angeles is following all the rules!) The only thing I struggled with were the keys. I have arthritis in my hands and it began to hurt, locking and unlocking two tricky locks twice each, but was a small price to pay for a beautiful place! It's not damp, no odors, no amenities missing (in fact, there are MORE than listed!) Indoor temps comfortable with heat and AC. Shower is brand-new. It is on the bottom floor, so reviews about rooftop views or small kitchen are outdated. Spacious, cozy, and very clean! It's exactly like the pics!

L'appartement de Carme correspondait à 100% à la description. Il est décoré avec goût, très bien équipé et extrêmement propre. Nous y reviendrons à coup sûr si nous repassons dans la région. Merci Carme pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité !

Laura was a great host. Was responsive to our many questions. Great location -we walked everywhere but did take bus and metro a few times and these worked well. Apartment was a little smaller than we had anticipated but I think it’s the photos that gave us that impression. Despite the apartment being on a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet in the apartment -facing courtyard definitely helped. There is a lot of storage space for clothes, for your open suitcases, kitchen is really well equipped, big fridge with a freezer. And the bed is firm but super comfortable Would definitely stay here again and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family who are travelling to Barcelona. We had a great stay at Laia's. Had 1 or 2 initial issues gaining access to the building but communication with Laia was prompt and it was quickly resolved. Loved the size of the apartment, the decor, the balcony, the big comfy bed, the welcome bottle of red and the lighting. The location was great, parking station below, building has a lift, cafes & restaurants EVERYWHERE. We loved that there was not 1 but 2 small, intimate cocktail bars below the apartment, and a wine shop 😃 You would think being on the 1st floor it would have been noisy but not at all (with the balcony doors closed) and really dark too (with the shuttters closed). Would definitely recommend & stay again. Thank you Laia

Nossa estadia foi perfeita! Fui com meu cãozinho e passamos dias maravilhosos no estúdio, o local é extremamente agradável, a piscina é maravilhosa e a praia está a poucos metros. Maria foi muito gentil e amável, e ainda me ajudou emprestando alguns temperos para cozinhar! Certamente voltarei mais vezes!

je suis resté un mois dans l'appartement pour faire du vtt enduro et de la marche. Le logement est super bien situé pour ce type d'activités. Le logement est bien équipé, il ne manque de rien et Nuria peut donner quelques ustensiles de cuisine si vous le désirez. Nuria est une Top hôte, toujours à l'écoute et très réactive. ce fût un plaisir de la connaître. je recommande vivement.

Mi estancia ha sido corta, me surgió un imprevisto que no podía dejar pasar, por mi circunstancia personal y Maribel me ayudo y facilito las cosas todo lo que estuvo en su mano. Muy simpática, solo quiero agradecer el apoyo de Maribel y recomendar su alojamiento. Si en alguna ocasión volviera a surgirme la necesidad de alojarme en un Airbnb en Sabadell, no dudaria en volver a casa de Maribel y su familia. Gracias

Eduard was an amazing host! He was super responsive when we had any questions and very helpful. We were there during the big Spain Blackout and he arrived with candles and let us know everything he knew about the situation. The place itself is perfect for two people. We stayed there for two weeks and it was an amazing home base for day trips. It takes about 90 minutes to get to Barcelona by train and Pobla de Clarumont is a safe and quiet town. We really enjoyed our stay and when we come back we’ll reach out to Eduard first. I definitely recommend this stay!

Es waren sehr schöne Wochen in Nurias Appartement in Barcelona. Das Zimmer ist wirklich groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht, wie z.B. ausreichend Platz in Schrank und Kommode, ein super bequemes Bett, ein Tisch zum Essen und Arbeiten, schnelles Internet, ganz, ganz viel Licht, den direkten Zugang zur Terrasse....u.v.m. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und gut durchdacht. Nuria ist eine sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sich jederzeit um alle meine Anliegen gekümmert hat und mit der es Spaß gemacht hat, zu plaudern und sich auszutauschen. Ich kann mich für die schöne Zeit nur bedanken und komme gerne wieder!

Un apartamento con todo lo necesario para descansar. Cómodo y práctico, sin ruidos y con un colchón y almohadas súper cómodas. La cocina tiene también todo lo necesario y el baño muy bien también.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Maria, l’appartement est petit et le stationnement est compliqué si on a besoin de la voiture, cependant le cadre est agréable, calme, la ville est sympathique au bord de la mer. Maria a été adorable, très arrangeante quant à notre arrivée et départ, elle est également à l’écoute et pleine de recommandations. Elle se rend disponible si besoin.
