Attico Maniace is within walking distance of great restaurants, museums, historical landmarks, shops and just 2' walk from the beach. It is an ideal base to explore Ortigia, Siracusa, the rest of Baroque Sicily and the other sites of Magna Grecia without having to pack and unpack.

In una delle vie più belle d’Ortigia, oltrepassato un portale in pietra che dà in un cortile seicentesco, il nostro spazioso monolocale vi accoglierà in un’oasi di quiete. Ampia area soggiorno e cucina, camera da letto e bagno rimodernato. A un minuto sarete nel luogo del mito: la fonte Aretusa. A due, la spiaggia più bella d’Ortigia, Calarossa. A tre, piazza Duomo, con la sua magnifica cattedrale che ingloba il tempio d’Atena. Insomma, siete al centro di Ortigia. Che più centro non si può.

La Terrazza

L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, è situato al terzo piano nei pressi della Porta Marina. La posizione è ottimale per chi volesse visitare le bellezze di questa terra, tra le quali Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede e percorrere lunghe passeggiate godendo dell'eccezionale vista sul mare della Marina. E' possibile inoltre raggiungere delle meravigliose zone balneari scegliendo tra una rilassante giornata in spiaggia o in uno dei numerosi solarium sul lungomare di Ortigia.

Two large terraces with an amazing sea view to have dinner with friends or just to relax, in the same street as the entrance to the house, there is both a guarded car park that also issues a pass to be able to drive in all the ZTL areas of Ortigia, and a HERTZ car rental, certainly two very convenient and important addresses for tourists.
