It is only 10 min. from I-95, 20 from Fayetteville, 15 minutes from Hope Mills and 5 minutes from the hospital and Hope Mills and 5 from groceries, pharmacy, ATM, gas station, convenience stores, and food.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Starfish Suite with Steam Spa

Two adults can enjoy a lovely seaside experience at this private suite with outdoor patio. It is on second floor with its own keyless entrance. We are around the corner from Middletown park which offers free summer Friday concerts and Monday farmers market. Other amenities are pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts. Walking distance to some great eateries. Five minute walk to the beach. Wind down after the beach in an aromatherapy. Not child proofed.

Location! Cozy efficiency located in the heart of Golf And Horse country! Just 30 seconds to the main traffic circle which takes you to great restaurants, shopping, hospital (FirstHealth Moore Regional 1.5 miles away) and, of course, golfing!! The efficiency offers a private entrance, full bed, bathroom w/ shower, kitchenette, and desk area. It is attached to my home so there is daily activity, but we welcome friendly engagement and will respect your privacy.
