La capannina è un ex laboratorio di restauro di mobili antichi completamente ristrutturata a Ottobre 2024, per l'arredamento sono stati recuperati alcuni oggetti realizzati o utilizzati dallo stesso artigiano. Si sviluppa su due livelli, a piano terra open space con angolo cottura e due letti singoli, al primo piano camera matrimoniale con grande bagno.
