Torre Doy with pool, Sea Apartment 6E with pool...

Fantástico piso de 2 habitaciones en edificio Torre Doy, con maravillosas vistas de la bahía y 150 M de la tranquila playa de Canyamel. Dispone de un salón comedor, cocina integrada, baño con ducha. Salón con amplio sofá cama, y una terraza exterior con vistas a la playa. Aparcamiento privado.Servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto disponible bajo petición. IMPORTANTE: se está construyendo un edificio en el terreno enfrente de la propiedad, con horario de lunes a viernes, de 7:30 am a 05.00 pm y sábados de 7.30 am a 02.00 pm. Podría haber más ruido de lo habitual, disculpen las molestias ocasionadas. Por este motivo se ofrecen tarifas especiales temporalmente. Estupendo apartamento, limpio, cómodo y muy bien ubicado a 5 min a pie de la playa, supermercado, restaurantes. Gran salón luminoso y dormitorio doble, cocina equipada (lavavajillas, lavadora, Nespresso etc.), baño completo. Con aire acondicionado y calefacción. WIFI: 800 MB de fibra óptica de alta velocidad. Balcón privado. EL ALOJAMIENTO: El alojamiento dispone de dos habitaciones, una principal con dos camas independientes de 90x190 cm y otra con una cama nido de 80x190 cm. En el salón se dispone de un sofá cama muy amplio de 160x195cm con colchón viscoelástico, donde pueden dormir dos adultos cómodamente. En total, pueden dormir 6 huéspedes. Cocina equipada con menaje completo, vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, cafetera Nespresso y microondas con grill. En el baño hay una lavadora con capacidad de hasta 8 Kg de carga. SMART TV. La terraza se separa de la del piso de al lado (características similares) con una puerta que normalmente está cerrada. Abriendo esta puerta, se podrían comunicar ambos pisos por el exterior. Esto permitiría poder alquilar los dos pisos áticos, permitiendo así conseguir un alojamiento hasta 12 personas en total. OTROS DETALLES IMPORTANTES: -Citytax: 2 € / persona / noche (mayores de 16 años) de mayo a octubre. 0,50 € / persona / noche (mayores de 16 años) de noviembre a abril ESTANCIAS MENSUALES, gastos no incluidos: -Limpieza cada 15 días a cargo del huésped (50€) -Servicio extra de cambio de ropa de cama (bajo petición) -Consumo de luz (Depósito de 200€ solicitado del que se descontará los gastos de luz después de la estancia).

Can Caragol de Dalt (fantastic villa)

Casa de campo con mucha historia, con más de 100 años de antigüedad. Totalmente reformada y renovada en el año 2019. Es el resultado de un proyecto familiar con el objetivo de recuperar la casa rural de los abuelos, dándole una nueva orientación actualizada. Es un espacio muy especial y tranquilo, con un bosque de encimas al final de la finca, muy cerca del mar, además de campos de golf, tenis y rutas ciclistas alrededor. Al lado de la Torre-restaurante de Canyamel. Y cerca de Capdepera y Artà.
