Beautiful Garden Villa, Newly Remodeled!

Spectacular Garden Villa located in Mare Sereno at the great Palmas del Mar. Cozy, comfortable and elegant 2-bed room, 3-bathroom apartment. It has a spacious living, fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a/c, TV, Wi-Fi and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with two trundle beds under it and a bathroom. A studio-like bedroom is within the premises and has a queen size bed with a trundle bed under it, a microwave, a coffee machine, a small fridge and its own bath.

Beautiful Villa at Palmas del Mar

This beautiful villa is just a few steps away from the beach in the gated resort of Palmas del Mar! Palmas Del Mar - Beach Villa Getaway!

Fantastic 1 bedroom located at Palmas Del Mar Resort. Our condo is located 50 feet from the beach and sits on a two 18 hole golf course community. Our condo has been completely renovated and updated with new kitchen, bath, appliances and furniture. Located in a double gated exclusive community that you will have exclusive access with no through traffic. Palmas Del Mar has many things to offer restaurants, two golf courses, tennis, kids park, bike and walking trails, horse back riding.

Palmas Unique and Spacious House

Remodeled, spacious and unique house in Palmas del Mar with everything to enjoy! Surrounded by nature, you have in the spacious backyard, half basketball court, huge pool with a sun deck, mini golf and a well equipped gazebo. All of this exclusive for your family and only 10 minutes from the beach walking distance. Central air in the property and A/C in every bedroom. The house also has a back up generator. Choose this paradise only 50 minutes from the airport of San Juan.

Listen closely, and you will hear the waves crashing while enjoying the ocean views and light breeze from the patio. Relax by the PRIVATE pool surrounded by lush greenery. The home also has a separate movie room off the master bedroom that will sit 3-4 people. Great area for kids to hang out.
