Great place to stay to explore historical parts of the city! Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a nice stay. Excellent communication by the host! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place to stay especially if you love to walk to places. There was many things to do around. Would 100% stay again. The only thing that was tough was finding parking but I always get lucky and would find one in less than 5 min.

Richard’s place was very cosy and convenient and communication was top notch. I was walking distance to all of the best spots in Northern Liberties. I was very comfortable. There was some noise on Friday and Saturday night from the nearby night club and speeding cars on the street, but outside of that it was quiet and peaceful. I had a fabulous visit and look forward to a return trip!

Five on Canal generally was a perf addition to Philly Airbnb scene as an often-commuter (shoutout to OG seckou) but new units under Richard add nice touches of flair. Always expect - sun drenched apartments, an abundance of backup sheets, seamless check-in, an impeccably stocked kitchen, proximity to cafes/bars/clubs/casinos, and if you like to cycle — the Delaware trail and many citibikes. The amenity center for long term stays makes this a notch above the Sonders and Hotels in the city.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Richard’s place! The space: The apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable and had enough space for our family of four and our pup. The location: The apartment was conveniently located to all we wanted to see in Philly. The nightclubs across the street were very noisy until about 2am. Guests with young children might want to take note if planning to stay Thursday- Saturday. Communication: Richard was very responsive and provided clear communication and instructions. It was a pleasure to work with him and stay at his place while exploring Philly with our daughters!

Fishtown Urby was the perfect place to stay while visiting Philly. The apartment is so cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay (even the best tea and coffee). Urby’s building is incredible too - I loved working out in the gym. There are so many great bars and restaurants right near the building too - international bar is a must! I’ll definitely be staying at Urby next time I visit Philly!

The description for this Airbnb is very accurate. Please keep in mind that the description is very clear that this is a historic building...there is a degree of "city charm" that comes with that! The location is FANTASTIC, you can purchase groceries at Target, Sprouts or Giant so you have options for shopping...Dunkin and Starbucks are within just a minute of the front door if you don't care to do a pour over (provided) The host is also fantastic, we had a work emergency which required an extended stay and the host responded within just minutes I also had a question about what was required during departure and heard back within just minutes of my inquiry Enjoy feeling at home while taking in all the city has to offer --- will book again on next trip to Philly!!

Place was lovely and very private. Easy access to the room. Free parking was good for the area just make sure you follow directions as told to get to the main building.

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb, it was easy to check in and out, instructions were very clear, and Beth was very responsive when I had questions. I liked the area because of how convenient it was. when I wanted to go grocery shopping there were three different groceries stores right next to the building(Target, Giant, and Sprouts). I didn't have to travel far to get the stuff I needed. It was a nice place to retreat to after traversing the busy city all day. The building has a pretty big gym in the basement that I liked using to keep up with my morning jogs. The only thing that concerned me at first was a faint smell in the apartment. It wasn't a really bad smell it was more like a stagnant smell that went away when I opened a windows and sprayed some fabreez. Other than that I had a nice and comfortable stay at this Airbnb.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The space was plenty of room and well stocked for our family of four. The enclosed porch was chef’s kiss

Ben was generous by letting me stay here at this Airbnb and hosting myself and my cousins. It was exactly described and the home was way bigger than I thought it would be. I would recommend staying there for my next family function, and to really sit in the backyard and enjoy the scenery.

The house was absolutely wonderful! Exactly how it looked in the pictures and provided everything you needed and then some. Great location from the boardwalk and loved that they provided an itinerary that showed you a little bit of everything you can do in AC.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. The host was very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend.

Jeff’s home was exactly as described. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to find and had a great dive bar next door called Lucky 13. The stairs could be tricky as they are steep and there is two floors so just note that. Otherwise the house was clean, peaceful, and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!

We had a great time in Philadelphia at Thomas’ place! It was neat, big, so easy to check out, and had really cool features! We would definitely stay here again!

Rod’s place was great. One block off the main walkable Bryn Mawr strip, but dedicated parking either in the garage on the apron of the garage can’t be beat. For reference, we fit our Subaru Ascent in the garage, but it was a tight fit. We put our older two in the front bedroom on the bed and mattress on the floor, put our youngest on our air mattress in the gym/office room, and we took the back room. We didn’t use the third floor. Easy check-in and check-out. Dishwasher is super helpful. We used the countertop air fryer/toaster instead of the stove. The electric kettle came in handy too.
