Delightful shepherd’s hut in peaceful location

Our idyllic shepherd’s hut is perfect for a quiet holiday. We’re off the beaten track, in a small hamlet, with nearby large farm shop/restaurant. We're just a ten minute drive to the long, sandy beach at Gwithian in St Ives bay. The hut is at the end of our big garden, overlooking fields and has its own outside eating area and fire pit/bbq. There’s a wood stove inside for cosy evenings. This is also a good place to work - quiet and with a table by the window, with views across fields.

Darracott is siuated on a Bridle Path and centrally located in the Granite uplands, between the Lizard Peninsula, Falmouth and St Ives. With rural walks straight out of the door, Cornwall's rich mining heritage is evident all around.

We are centrally located in the pretty seaside town of Hayle, approximately 5 miles from St Ives, and within walking distance of Hayle's three miles of stunning golden beaches and harbour area. The old school house annexe sleeps two and has a private entrance, open plan dining and living area, kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom.
