Great apartment, as seen in the photos, Puerto Pollensa is a beautiful place. This location is ideal, an extremely pleasant stroll along the seafront into the centre of town, and beautiful swimming spot on your door step. Prestige Villas where very easy to do business with and would not hesitate to use them again.

Superb view and location! The most convenient and beautiful spot. Beach out the front, crystal clear water, a stones throw to cafes & restaurants, and shops. Easy access to walks, convenient parking. We were a group of 6 + a toddler and it worked well. The large balcony was great for all to sit around and enjoy the view. Kitchen sufficiently equipped to cook dinner for 6. Antonia is a great friendly host who met us on arrival. Very responsive to queries. Easy instructions. Highly recommend this lovely spot!

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay at Charly’s apartment - and we’ll certainly be back! It’s a fantastic location, a stones throw from the beach and local restaurants, and an ideal location for cycling. The apartment is spacious with a super king bed that’s so comfy, a kitchen and plenty of living space/room to store bikes. Charly is a great host and is really responsive. Great Views across the bay Quiet location short walk from restaurants Very spacious - would be very good value of money with more than 2 people well equipped kitchen 2 flights of stairs mean you need lighter suitcase than we had !! Handy washing machine for clothes Was a good location for cycling heating worked well to keep us warm in the cold weather we had whist in Majorca - we didnt use air con so cant say how well that would have worked handy electronic gate and front door access, and lock box to get in Shower good in bathroom - but it did run cold fairly quickly meaning you had to stagger having showers. we will look to stay here again

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in Claudias Wohnung verbracht. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Lage ist super direkt am Strand. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und ist sehr gemütlich. Da fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Es gibt verschiedene Utensilien für den Strand wie z.b. Sonnenschirme. Claudia ist nett, zuvorkommend und konnte alle Probleme lösen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Excellent emplacement au calme comme nous recherchions. Le logement est très bien équipé à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Tout est bien pensé il ne manque rien. Le logement est optimum pour un couple. Le jacuzzi est vraiment appréciable . Les hôtes sont attentionnés et il a été facile de communiquer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez notre hôte à deux pas de la très belle plage de Muro et à quelques dizaines de minutes de marche en bord de mer du centre de Alcudia ( accessible aussi très facilement en bus ) : c’est le paradis pour des vacances au bord de la mer ou en montagne (rando et vélo ) tout est proche et accessible avec de magnifiques paysages, villes et villages environnants. Quant à la maison elle est splendide (très bien décorée et son jardin est superbe) pratique et agréable à vivre et bien équipée à l intérieur comme à l extérieur (de nombreux salons de jardins en terrasses , ombragés , au soleil ou les pieds dans l herbe sont accessibles en fonction des moments de la journée ainsi qu espace Abrité autour du barbecue très accueillant. On se sent chez soi et On peut y passer des vacances avec des petits enfants (chambres pensées pour et espaces jeux et tout est de plain-pied ) . Les hôtes sont très accueillants et réactifs à tout instant .merci !

We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

Lovely house to stay at for the perfect holiday! The house was amazing and was close to the beach, nice walks close by and a few restaurant and shop. Will definitely be back!!

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Die Buchung ging sehr einfach und schnell. Es wurde immer sehr schnell und freundlich auf meine Nachrichten geantwortet. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und in echt noch viel schöner. Eine tolle, ruhige Lage auch wenn die Nähe zur Straße sehr gering war, war kaum Verkehr. Das Haus war super sauber, freundlich eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Da wir sehr spät auf einem Sonntag erst ankamen und keine Möglichkeit hatten einzukaufen, war die Überraschung der kleinen Kuchen und des Wassers enorm groß. Vielen Dank dafür. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft, mit einer tollen Gastgeberin und würden jederzeit wieder bei Bel buchen, was wir sicherlich bald wieder tun werden. Meine erste Airbnb Erfahrung war somit großartig.

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice house in Colonia with our two children age 9 and 11. The village is calm and endearing. With nice restaurants on the boulevard to enjoy dinners with sunset. The small beach is good for swims. And overall a good base to explore the nice bays on the south east coast as well as up north. Palma is an hour drive and very nice for a visit. The house is spacious and clean. Everything you need is there. The courtyard has nice sun in the morning and afternoon. And a view on the rockformations. And especially when you are coming by plane it is very nice to have some products to use like salt, pepper, oil, herbs, toiletpaper, soaps, to start up. Contact with Marta was easy. So if you are looking for a quieter but lovely small town and a comfortable place then it is 100% recommended.

Prachtig huis, alles was smetteloos schoon. Mooi groot zwembad, heerlijk bubbelbad en winkels, restaurants en zee om de hoek. Sauna bleek kapot, maar werd binnen 1 dag opgelost door Antoni. Super goede service dus. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt, lekker gegeten en leuke stadjes bezocht. Kortom, hele fijne week gehad.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Strand gleich um die Ecke, kindersicherer Innenhof, Küche bestens ausgestattet. Nicht so toll war, dass das Wasser aus der Dusche nicht dauerhaft warm war, sondern immer wieder zwischen drin klat geworden ist.

L appartement de David est très bien situé et très spacieux. L appartement dispose des équipements nécessaires et même plus ! Je recommande vivement se logement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et paisible. L'emplacement est plutôt bien pour visiter l'île. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine même fraîche (normal pour une fin avril). Merci à Christobald pour son accueil.

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

Ik heb met mijn gezin 8 nachten mogen verblijven in het Appartement van Pedro. De locatie is geweldig, dicht bij het strand en de zee, maar dichtbij de restaurants en er zit een supermarkt op circa 200 meter. Het appartement heeft 2 prettige balkons, 1 aan de voorzijde, gedurende de dag met schaduw en 1 aan de achterzijde waar de gehele dag de zon op staat. Het appartement is volledig uitgerust, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Maar het meest fantastische aan het appartement was Pedro, Pedro is een geweldige host die er alles aan doet om zijn gasten te laten genieten van het mooie Mallorca.

L’appartement est impeccable et conforme à l’annonce. L’immeuble est calme, facile d’accès et bien sécurisé. Luis est super hôte, réactif et plein de bon conseil. Je recommande sans hésité !

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

Xisco ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer kurzfristig erreichbar und hilft wo er kann. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, und alles war sehr sauber. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht (genügend Handtücher, mehrere Rollen Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschpulver, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett etc.). Da über die Satellitenanlage kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm zu empfangen war, hat Xisco auf unsere Anfrage hin extra ein Chromecast-Gerät für die Wohnung neu gekauft. Hiermit konnten wir dann deutsches Programm streamen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und ist nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Zum Supermarkt sind es fußläufig auch nur 5-10 Minuten. Der Balkon ist größer als es das Foto vermuten lässt liegt aber tagsüber nur um Schatten. Im heißen Sommer dürfte dies aber von Vorteil sein.... Vielen Dank Xisco
