This wonderful 170m2 property dates back over 500 yrs. Arranged over three floors, its unique style combines the original features with beautifully designed modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Situated on the water front of Lake Como, the top floor opens out onto a spacious roof terrace providing outside dining, areas to relax, and boasts breath taking views of the lake. The most beautiful view of Como Lake

We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden. If you are interested in a jet boat ride, you have only to ask. I will be happy to accompany you to discover the most beautiful lake's villas. And if you don't know what to expect, ask George (Clooney) for some suggestions. I am a sommelier, and I can also organize a tasting of Italian wines for you!

Completely renovated and interior designed to highest levels of comfort and luxury in authentic ancient Italian village setting. Very private. Use of whole house (except cellars) with private entrance. Amazing lake views from all rooms including iconic bathtub for two. 2 terraces. Fireplace. Great space for remote working. The House is located in old town of Lezzeno at only 4 km from BELLAGIO ,the most famous tourist village on Lake Como. This building has been renovated 4 years ago, with high-end furniture. The garden is private and guests could get some sunshine and relax in complete privacy. Position is unique, just in front of lake Como. A public beach is also at walking distance, GARAGE is included in the price. Lovely house on 3 floors with stunning lake view.
